Since I discovered your channel, I have learned so many techniques that has taken my makeup to the next level. I was told the other day that my makeup looked like a piece of art. Simple things like tapping out the edges of the eye shadow with my finger, using the sponge after setting spray to melt product better into the skin, putting on less product at first then "assessing the situation," and adding more if needed..the list goes on. I knew some of these before finding your channel but the way you speak and explain things made me actually put it to use. I love your content and the types of videos you put out. You make everything easy to understand and go into great detail. I never leave any review with a question or any tutorial feeling like its unattainable or not wearable on an everyday basis...even your really glam looks. I love your spirit and seem like such a humble queen!! Tylan is such a lucky man! I can tell that who you portray online is who you really are. I'm sure you get this alot but I really believe we would be best friends in real life haha. I'm excited to see where you're heading and how you're going to grow when you decide to start a family etc. I have gotten lost in your videos on some of my worse days and you helped me to relax, feel beautiful, and to stay positive..I hope one day I get the courage to start a UA-cam channel that I have been wanting to start since 2009 and havent out of fear..I have a laptop, lighting, a camera, softwares etc everything I need to start and I have put it off for 10 years. Lisette Hernandez yes! I love how well spoken she is and makes it easy to understand to the point where I actually have the confidence to put the techniques to use. Plus I LOVE how well but soft spoken she is! Some makeup UA-camrs are just to loud and just too much high energy for me to watch on a regular basis (like they had WAY too much caffeine before filming lol). I also love how humble Allie is. I feel like I can relate to her. There are a couple UA-camrs that I use to really like, but once their channels started to really grow, it’s like they became epilepsy that I couldn’t relate to. Like maybe the money became the focus. I dunno, that’s just how I feel. I’ve been watching Allie for several years and she’s still just as humble, soft spoken, funny and sweet as she was when I first discovered her channel 💕💕💕

I’ve had my eye on the Biba palette for awhile now. This video now has convinced me to purchase the dupe. But this video also made me realize how important packaging is. Even though the color story is the exact same, I am still visually drawn to ND due to the white packaging. It just makes the shadows pop more. The shara just looks lack luster in the darker package.
To be honest, I don't really like dupes. I tend to really like the original. However… With Natasha Denona there's no chance I would spend $130 on a palette, so, I'm actually going to order the alter ego palette this time😳😆
I like to find something similar that's super cheap. I used to use a $40 foundation and $30 concealer now I use a $10 foundation and $5 concealer and it stills looks just as great and I can get a full day out of it
Angie C Yes I have lots of drugstore foundation’s, actually my only high-end foundation is Estee Lauder double wear, the others are all drugstore. There are so many great foundations at the drugstore. I was more thinking about eyeshadow palettes in particular.
Same. I always end up wanting the original palette. Like Id rather get the sultry than temptress palette. But 42$ is more attainable than 129$
Same, but yeah like it's $170 in Canada. That's just out of control for eyeshadow. I just purchased the Alter Ego palette, I'm happy they ship to Canada now because I've been eyeing the ND one for so long, just couldn't get myself to pull the trigger.
So how did you end up liking the dupe palette? I just ordered it too. I had ordered their Shadow Kiss palette which is the dupe for the ND Glam palette and I really like it. Great quality.

Hows does alter ego compare to bad habit? I liked Bad Habit but the shadows seemed sooooo soft. Like baby powder. Has the formula improved a bit?
I think better formula by far. Beautiful textures!! Buildable not to harsh. Amazing shimmers always.💖 For sure worth the money!!😉💜
129 dollars is like, 2 weeks of groceries for my husband and I, so an affordable dupe is VERY WELCOME.

ever since i seen ur 1st video on believe beauty i went right out and bought the mascara and the highlighter bc i already had the foundation in the shade tan (AMAZING) i found out just as you said about 3 coats and your lashes look like you have on falsies! truly AMAZING! Thank you!

Wow couldn’t believe how similar both eye pallets were. That’s crazy! I would never buy an eyeshadow pallet for $125-$130. It’s great that I can have virtually the same pallet as high end.
