A pinch of inspiration - pumpkin.
Ingredients for 4 servings:
500 ml milk | 2 cups
1 can pumpkin puree | 425 g
200 g sugar | 1 cup
75 g butter | 1/3 cup
2 tbsp corn starch
1 tsp pumpkin spice
1 tsp vanilla
For decoration:
100 g sugar | ½ cup
1 tsp baking powder
Whipped cream

I tried to make this and mine turned out really runny and didn't solidify :<
I did make my own pumpkin pure since they don't sell that here where I am from so I made one from scratch.
I don't know that could be the problem, the home made pumpkin pure or the corn starch that we have here? Since we also don't have that but we have a similar substitute for it.
Would love to hear from others that have made this.
The pumpkin is still awesome despite it being runny 😊
When to add vanilla?
How much of gelatin powder can I use to replace cornstarch?
I believe that 1 tbsp will be enough.
