Problem I have with this is that it's £749 in the UK. Add another £200 to that and you can get a LG C1 when they go on sale. If it goes down to £500 at any point. I will pick it up.
Check the G70A 4k sometimes it’s n sale. I got it recently and it’s amazing works perfectly with the PS5 in 4k @ 120hz… it’s 28 inch tho but I found that size to be perfect for FPS
I got mine was amazing but had a stuck pixel. New 1 arrives today! Kudos to overclockers UK for changing this straight away as I know stuck pixels can be a weird subject regarding returns. Their customer service was ace. The monitor is amazing for ps5 and pc. Cold war looks unbelievable on it as its 4k at 120fps
@@GeekStreet I have only used it on pc, with a rtx 3080ti. I have a series x, but use that one on the couch. The displayport 1.4 works very well with newer cards, you can do 4k 144hz, 10bit 444 no problem. Chose picture overdrive mode, otherwise there are some weird motion bugs. I updated to the latest monitor fw. Cheers
@@GeekStreet be careful on that, if Power loss its bricked. It also takes about 15 minutes to do. The status bar is misleading and looks like it's stalled.
I also received the m32u and I am satisfied with it too.😍😍 Even with the hdr deactivated the colors are beautiful, fast response time in game, no dead pixel. Personally I recommend this monitor, the value for money is incredible

So I finally got a PS5, so now I'm in search of a 4k display. The LG C2 is out of the question that was originally the plan but the funds aren't there ATM . So what should I look for now a cheaper 4k TV or a gaming monitor?!
I am trying to choose between M32U, M32UC and M28U. Mostly, I would like to try a curved monitor, but I didn't see many videos about that monitor. In my country the M28U is 500 euros, the M32UC is 640 euros and the M32U is around 700 euros. What do you say? I mostly play games with story: RDR 2, GTA V, The Last of Us etc. And I often play PUBG. For FPS games, I think a smaller screen is better because you don't have to move your eyes so much. But for story games, I think the 32 inch would be better. My GPU is 4070ti. In future when the GPU will get old, I will need to put the resolution at 2K. I don't think that 4K on 28 inch is so good, but also 2K on 32 inch isn't as good as 2K on 28 inch. What would be your advice?
Personally I'd go for the 4k 32inch as you mostly playing story based games, your the 2k isnt as great on a 32inch but 4k is stunning and you'll appreciate the larger screen. Let me know how you get on.
You gotta update the firmware. You show you’re in F02. F06 improves input lag by a lot supposedly. The one I bought a few weeks ago came with it updated already.

Thanks, I had everything selected on the Xbox and the picture mode was HDR on the monitor where brightness is 100 , contrast 50 and sharpness 5. In the gaming menu black equaliser is 11 overdrive is set to speed. Hope that helps

What video settings did you have for the ps5 and what settings on the monitor. Just got this monitor for my ps5 and it doesn’t look nearly as good as yours.
Get the m32uc instead. VA panel with much better contrast, black levels and black uniformity. Just need to find out if you are sensitive to smearing. I swapped all my ips to VAs

Since no one has answered your questions, I can answer them if you need. 1. I used the latest firmware to update. 2. I'm using DP cable to utilize the maximum refresh rate.
Will this give a better gaming experience than gaming on the 28inch m28u. I’m getting one but, I’d don’t know if the 32 inch will be to large or if I’ll regret my purchase.
Either way you'll be fine, if you can afford personally i'd way go for the 32inch...as I did as the monitor is also used with a pc and gives ample space to work from.

I Have this monitor, it's great. Highly recommended. I use it for gaming and work, it's a sweet combo. The hdr is 400, but I don't use hdr.

Does the hdmi 2.1 being bandwidth of 24gbps only makes a difference playing on the ps5?
It's very subtle but you can notice the difference at times with the colour looking a little strange.

If you can get one the LG 27GP950 is better only because it has hdr600 this one has hdr400 if hdr isn’t that important this monitor will be great
Will this give a better gaming experience than gaming on the 28inch m28u. I’m getting one but, I’d don’t know if the 32 inch will be to large or if I’ll regret my purchase.
Either way you'll be fine, if you can afford personally i'd way go for the 32inch...as I did as the monitor is also used with a pc and gives ample space to work from.

You can but you'll experience artifacting, its very subtle.
