I don't think the concept of "flushing" can be over-emphasized, not only forgetting that bad previous point, but also that great point where you astound yourself. How often have I followed a great shot with an absolute stinker, because I was still reliving that great shot in my head. Too often.

Well said Robert, forgetting the good shots is just as important as forgetting the bad shots.

Amazing video! I liked how you said the 4 room strategy! I think this will work a lot because you will focus where needed. Having a ritual after each point. You guys have great stuff to watch and learn from. Please keep posting such amazing stuff! Thank you and Have a Fantastic Day!

    Hey Guys,
This vid is exactly what I need for my first singles tourney match I’ve had in a while.
I’m nervous yet excited to play so this information was perfect … especially

    Thanks!
    Much LOVE from The USVI.

I get the opposite of heavy legs. I get happy feet like a rattled quarterback. I don’t load my legs.

ahhh, yeah that can certainly be an issue as well. When that happens focus on squatting and engaging the large muscle groups of the legs between points. That will help trigger proper loading while in the point. Hope this helps!
