That rose gold strapless a-line dress took my breath away! It was so classy and colorful and rich looking! Amazing choice of fabric! And that black one sleeved constellation velvet dress was absolutely gorgeous also!

I was talking to a costume designer once and she mentioned that curtain fabric drapes really well. I'm sure I've worn a few dresses made out of curtains.

Wow this was soooo inspiring to watch, I’m just beginning to learn how to sew in the hopes I can start upcycling my thrift finds, I’m really into sustainable fashion so this gives me hope
I SWEAR THE MULAN DRESS IS YOUR BEST WORK. My jaw just drops everytime I see it. PERFECTION.
That was a beautiful assortment of combining thrifted items into new items. My sewing skills are limited, so I look for clothes with "good bones" but designed by a committee. I remove bedazzling, bows, ribbons and fabric then restitch any open seams and now ITS NEW TO YOU clothing. Some of those 'gowns by April" are spectacular and runway ready.
I've been watching for years and now I finally have my own machine ❤️ finally get to start

2 years ago, I started sewing, but I had to stop because of my anxiety attacks. Everything was very difficult for me, impossible, and I could not understand the teachers. I finally found this channel, and was amazed at how easy you make sewing look and how you enjoy it. I am in much better health, and I know that nothing I do has to be perfect, but I must enjoy it and do it calmly. I hope to sew again soon. Thank you very much for inspiring me. A hug.
