Hi Schellea, I've been a subscriber for a long time but haven't reached out to you before. I'm an over 60 year old paraplegic woman. I so appreciate your seated arm and shoulder exercise routines. I've been doing them for quite a while- the need to keep my arms and shoulders strong and healthy are so important. Strengthening my core muscles are also very important. I just wanted to thank you for helping me keep up with my daily regimine.

Please go to PT and they will massage your calves and teach you exercises. I had it for 2 years and massage and PT of the calf muscles helped me. The calves get tight and pull up from the back of the heel. Excellent videos on youtube helped me get better. Try the video from Dr. Berg on plantar fasciitis. I think his remedy helped me the most. I have multiple autoimmune conditions and I'm finally at a weight I can move comfortably. I found your channel and this is my first physical workout in over a decade...I did NOT drop my weights! I love your energy.
Update: been doing this workout 4x per week for a month now with 2kg weights. My arms are definitely more toned and I'm so much stronger. 💪🏽 I'll do this for one more month with the 2kg and then I'll up to 3kg or 4kg hopefully! 🎉 I also started your leg, butt and knee strength exercise and it hurt like hell afterwards (in the best way possible obviously). 😂

I was a semi-fit gardener until I was recently diagnosed with breast cancer. Chemo has already taken it's toll and I can already see the muscle loss. No no no! This workout is perfect for my situation. I'll need surgery after chemo so I need to work hard at getting stronger. I did the whole video too! Big accomplishment when there are days I can't get out of bed! This one's a keeper, thanks!
Hi. Schellea. I started with 5 lbs to 3 lbs to 1 lbs dumbell. 😅 it was tough but stuck it through. Phew.. that was an amazing workout. It woke me up from afternoon drowsiness. Thank you for all your hard work. 😊

Golly. I feel like I'm starting from scratch after abdominal surgery. I've not been able to do exercise except a very little walking for weeks. Seated exercises are so helpful and my heart rate is up after doing 3 of them. Thank you for all your hard work in producing these videos Schellea
Thanks for this! While I’m not the target audience as a much younger woman, I have a chronic illness that doesn’t allow me to exercise “normally” like others in my 18-25 range, and I’ve missed exercising since getting my diagnosis! 2024 is my year to start building strength and finding joy in movement while still honouring my body’s needs! Maybe one day I’ll be able to work out in a gym again :)

I had foot surgery and need to strengthen my arms before I start physical therapy. I made it most of the way through with the weights and finished without them. It was just what I needed.
Thank for the video. I just started my weight loss journey again. After not being able to do anything for almost 5 months it's nice to know that I can get a workout and that's challenging while I'm sitting down because of my back injury. I did the workout with 3 lb weights and only had to put my weights down three times

I’m a 30 year old man and this workout was perfect for me. I have shin splints from being ignorant about how to work my body. I’ve never worked my arm muscles ever because until I was 25 I was naturally skinny. Then my metabolism slowed and I didn’t have that cute skinny twink physique anymore but still had arms with my muscle. So this was awesome for my specific situation! I can’t do a lot of routines I see online because my shins start to flare up. This challenges me with my low experience and leg difficulty. So thank you!
Did this one this morning after my treadmill workout. I was thinking it would be slightly too easy for me but it definitely ramped up at the end and yes my arms felt it. This is one I will do again.❤
Great work! Yes high reps with low weight is perfection for increased fitness and endurance. It’s a different workout than heavy weights for muscle growth. I like to offer so much variety, that your body becomes optimised in all areas 💪❤️
