Keep it near a room heater where it is warm. Let me know if any of the above helped you after trying it our, so that it will be useful for others living in cold places. I am in South India, where the weather is hot, so fermentation is not an issue at all.

Madam, What I loved about your video is, you explained the process perfactly unlike 90 percent of people who post their videos. Another unrelated thing I loved was you used the word Ground instead of presently video posting people say Grinded.😂. @@soniajuneja9256 - Yes that is the link to buy, if interested. I am using only ultra grinder with conical stone for more than a decade. It has not given me any issues. Recently only I changed the grinder (again ultra only) because that has not given my any issues. I have no idea, if round stone is better than conical or triangle shaped stone.
@@Padhus-kitchen Thank you, One Q on coconut scrapping - Like we are not that used to - to break the coconut, scrap, and make chutney every day due to morning rush hours. Is there any way to store the scraped coconut or whole coconut? or how to store the chutney
@@soniajuneja9256 - I store the grated coconut in a freezer safe container in the freezer. If you find it difficult to grate coconut - you can follow this - after breaking the coconut - with a knife scrape and remove the flesh - put it in a mixie and blitz it for few seconds. You can store that in the freezer. But coconut chutney will be good only with freshly grated coconut. You can use the stored coconut for other dishes. Another alternative is - if you keep the whole coconut in the freezer, it will come off its shell easily. Then you can cut it into small pieces and blitz it in the mixie.

Actually Air should enter inside the batter, air will convert batter into fermentation. Mix batter DOWN TO UP in hand for 4 to 6 mnts.
