    I don't know how Todd has 300k subs only, his advice is solid, he's believable, relatable, not overbearing or trying to sell or persuade you on anything, speaks from experience and has a great personality. I'm glad I found his channel. Last time I managed to bring a girl home was back in 2019 and I don't even know how it happened. Since last 2 months I've spend about 10-15 minutes daily on making notes and practicing during night game I was able to get multiple numbers, make out every time with at least one girl and even recently brought a girl home. I remember the video regarding symbolism from Todd and that's what helped me get laid last time! I knew exactly what made it happen and best thing was that it happened on a Thursday night :).

    I absolutely love the evolution of this space. I always found the ‘self-amusement’ frame very clownish as well. Just found that the best interactions were ones where I was engaged and talking about cool things I was passionate and knowledgeable about. Passion translates soooo well.

    I just wanted to say how much I appreciate your videos. They’re always succinct, sharp, and incredibly on point. I consider myself an OG in the game-I’ve been at this for a while and I’d like to think I’m pretty solid. But as I've gotten older, I’ve noticed myself easing into autopilot and practicing less. That's why I keep coming back to your content.
    Your videos are so technically complete, covering every angle of the game in a way that feels both comprehensive and easy to digest. Even after all these years, there's always something new to learn or a key insight to remember. As someone who's been in the game for a long time, I have to say, your ability to break things down and cover all aspects so thoroughly really stands out. You do an amazing job. Keep it up, man.

    I've done this once in the past. It did work. The girl even smiled. But it was in a social group. I didn't pay too much attention to it to apply elsewhere, nor did I know that I could. It's good to hear from a way more experienced male that "it's ok to do that".
    Btw, the situation was the following. A male friend of mine was talking non-stop about something that only he cared. And a female colegue with us was bored and not participating. I abruptly stopped him and asked her something about her and she lit up like a christmas tree and started talking about that. After a while she was like "wait... did you just do that?" and I was like "yep. anyway (continued the conversation). She kept smiling and talking with us.

    There is a lot I can say on this subject. First, I'd say that I love Todd's content and his approach to technical game. And yes his game is boring lol. But, that's ok. It's technical and has a focus on verbals. There is so much great insights and tools he has, its great to learn about it. Just about any sticking point, there is a solution to it. Todd has something on just about everything.
    But, that doesn't mean it has to be in contrast to owen, julian or max. Those guys had great game and I learned all the fundamentals from them. My natural personality is right in line with the principals of what they taught (self amusement, freedom from outcome, free association, etc..). I just don't see it as one or the other. To me, the baseline should be amplifying your natural personality. Tap into that raw masculinity, self amused fun vibe you already have.
    And where you have sticking points, where you fall short, then stack whatever technical game you need on top of it. But, take advantage of what you already have. Just don't over game, just like Todd said.
    So yes, Todd your game is boring. haha, don't mean it in a bad way. I do think many guys will have a long learning curve if all they do is try to learn techniques.
    I still think the rsd style of what owen/Julian/Max were teaching is the best way to learn. But, I love Todd's techniques as well. I don't think it has to be one or other other.

    Regarding your last question about being a boring coach. It's not true. I actually learnt my game from you years back through the course name 'SYSTEM'. However there is a part of me that went to stiff and technical because of your tremendous teachings that I needed to watch some of the Julien video to help my self breathe a little 😅.

      @destincraven 2 місяці тому +3

      Hey there. If I could offer you some wisdom - it's great that you've identified a weakness of yours. But the long term solution isn't to mask the weakness/insecurity. You have to face it and get over it. Otherwise, it will always come back to haunt you once day.
      For example, if you learn to mask it, you may realize some success in the dating phase with women - you may find yourself in a relationship.
      And then a rough day will come when you fail to avoid the "awkward" silence, and suddenly you'll feel terribly insecure again causing a spiral.
      If I could also offer you this; it helped me a lot personally to realize that not only are a lot of people are actually comfortable with silence, not finding it awkward at all - but even those who find it awkward generally respect you a lot more if you're able to sit with a brief silence and not freak out. It builds tension and shows your inner confidence
