- Sticky Tac, Poster Tack, Tacky, etc., is EXTREMELY useful for stop-motion animation! Especially with brickfilming or animating with action figures is this Tac substance useful for bonding your characters or props to other things, such as rigs. But which brand of sticky tac is best? Dollar Tree? Hobby Lobby? UHU? Loctite (sorry didn't actually review that in this video lol), or maybe something from Walmart like Gorilla Glue Tac? Watch to find out!

Yum! 😋
Delicous!
Edit: Yum! 😋
for someone that's going to get into stop motion, this was very informative and I now know what to spend my money on. But I'm torn (no pun intended) between gorilla stickey tac or uhu stickey tack.
I use gorilla tac.
I’ve got a funny story about it.
So awhile ago I ran out of Gorilla Tac and my parents got me Tacky and when I used it there was such a difference that I ended up quitting the project I was working on.
It was so bad that when I put the amount that I would for Gorilla Tac it ended up snapping almost instantly.
Hahahahahahaha
I use blu-tack, but this video is really informative
Personally, I use bostik blue tack, but this is helpful and informative. Thanks!
Thank you. I was looking for this awhile ago
Thank u, I really needed this video, it helped a lot 🙏🏽👍
Bro,thanks I really needed to know that I was thinking which one I was gonna buy
When I first started using sticky tac I got a Walmart sticky clear tac and it didn’t even stick or stretch or flexible
Bro love your content it has helped me with so many things
Thanks for the info
This was very informative, just looking on reddit which putty to use and I found your video. Glad i did.
thank you this will help a lot
Nice video , welcome back to UA-cam 😊
I use the hobby lobby brand but I don’t really have a lot of problems with it, but maybe my package is a dud. I really don’t know. (Also great vid!)
Nice vid mate! I think I'll get some UHU tack! :D

They wouldn’t take kindly to double entries
Hey man, I love your tutorials! I started binging them for motivation to finish my latest project. Found you through your Christian video.
Yes! you're finally back.
Bruv the subway surfers gameplay at 6:48 😭I can't
yessirr the legend is back
Thank you for this review. I can't believe I've been using the Dollar Tree crap for YEARS! It makes such a mess. I didn't even think about other brands 😅
*This is so helpful, holy cow*
I spent 3 years trying to figure this out bruh.. :v
I'm partial to Loctite myself
I have a question you seem to have kept forgetting one brand
that was always in the shot but you cut away when you were about to test it
Btw it was also blue
It was Loctite, but it was old and used. I couldn't find any new at the store. It failed most of the tests because of how many years I've had it sitting around my studio, so I cut it out of the video.
And im going to drop it on my feet i mean on the table got me dead laughing 😂😂
Got some regular UHU patafix, and I have no idea if what I got was an old one, but I was very disappointed. Did not help my figures stand at ALL
Knead it for like, half an hour and see if that helps
@@rioforce whoops 😅 I forgot I could do that. I tried it and got the golden results. Thanks for reminding me!
Nice video hoping you make a new ninjago stop motion ❤❤❤❤❤😊
i use plastina clay for animation, i was wondering what you think of it?
Oh man I should have talked about that in the video! I’m not a fan of it personally, at least, as a replacement for tac. If youre sculpting it’s good, but with plastic it’s super greasy and it’s not especially sticky or elastic. And if you have any colored clays, I’ve known them to bleed color onto a bunch of other stuff while using them.
But maybe you have had a different experience?
@@rioforce yeah i def agree, i have only white so im not sure about the color bleeding, but the clay is very oily and not the best to touch, which kinda begs my next question: do you know how to make tac less greasy?
@@ErikTongStudios tac isn’t greasy if you use the food stuff! Try UHU or gorilla or loctite
@@rioforce LOL
thanks, I'm using "scotch", sticky tack, but this was a good video.
is it any good?
@@Etan_Leaf uh🤔, I mean it gets dirty pretty easily, and when it gets dirty it stops sticking. But if it's kept clean, and in it's air tight plastic rap, it's pretty good.
You call it "Sticky Tac"
In Germany we say "Patafix" lmao
God bless.
Will you do a face reveal?
Ehhhhhhhhhhhhhh it’s not that interesting
@@rioforce I think I would be the same. we get kind of a face reveal in your behind the scenes of princess storm thumbnail. I get kinda curious especially with Lego animations 6370 he sounds like a middle aged man but he's in his early twenties. And he does not want a face reveal.
@@spencerschmidtstudios9171idk I like faceless rio 🤷♂️
