- I'm not a dietitian. This is what a basic foodie girl eats in a week trying to be mindful of spending money. And on a camping trip. We get to cook over a campfire :)

It was a big plastic "tupperware" container you said,,,idk if it was at your work or where it was was just watching out for you cause I heard that and a lot of people are switching to like stainless steel and glass you will start noticing it on shows now and some people are using coconut bowls and ceramic too I switched all of my pots and pans too to stainless steel cause the black coating scratches off and gets in your food ....plastic is a huge issue its another environmental concern it seems overwhelming I know but we can do it, ,,we can clean this planet up! I'm so thankful and proud of all the vegans on the planet! Thanks for all your hard work for the precious animals and mother earth! !

I follow a lot of eating disorder recovery nutritionists on IG and they all say literally exactly that. Nothing is off limits. Eat what you’re craving when you’re craving it. The key is creating an abundance mindset with food, as opposed to the scarcity mindset that can happen when we label things as “off limits.”

I made quinoa earlier this week and have leftovers. I usually cut up bell pepper, cherry tomatoes, and heat up left over vegan chicken.. and then I mix greens and add balsamic dressing. It’s yummy. I love seeing what you make at home.
Camp tip: if making coffee with grounds, adding a little cold water to the pot/cup after its done will send the grounds to the bottom and you won't eat as many! 😅

Omg this was my favorite what I eat in a week too! I absolutely adored going camping with you guys. Felt like I was in a getaway in the woods while on my treadmill. Thanks for that. Great camping food choices too.
The peanut butter-sauce-making sounds are everything :D But overall: wow, what a great week of food! So many delicious (and fun!) meal ideas for every day and outdoors! Just so so many amazing meals it was even more fun to watch than usual!

I'm so glad you are getting lots of use out of the ninja creami. I want one, ice cream is minimum $10 a pint here and you can hardly ever get soy. But I have no space for it in my apartment 😅

you mention that the whole foods tofu is good for making seitan, but seitan isn't technically made with tofu, it's made with wheat gluten
