Welcome to my Channel! I'm sending you all so much love. This video has been requested by you since I started this channel! I was really excited to create this healing session because I think it's a beautiful part of our spiritual journey. There are so many elements that can block us from tapping into our sense of Personal Value, so moving through this stage in the process requires a great deal of patience and compassion for ourselves. It is a wild time right now, and I know some of you want a sense of normalcy within the mayhem. So I will probably be creating a few videos for your individual requests that are unrelated to our current situation. We all have so much going on outside of this whirlwind, and I want to honor all of that as well. Just know, whatever you're going through, I am here holding that experience along with you, and sending you so much support as you move through it.
I feel so excited about the combination of Reiki and ASMR. I think ASMR is a beautiful compliment to Reiki as it encourages relaxation which is an ideal state to begin this kind of energy work. If you are just here for the ASMR aspect of this channel that's totally cool too! I love ASMR, and I think it has so many incredible benefits, so all are welcome :)

Kori+ I can so relate to you. You are not alone. I have bladder problems, I can get spells of unexplained months of diarrhea, history of Barret's Esophagus, Scoliosis in my upper Back, herniated disc with sciatica pain in my lower back, arthritis in my knees from an injury, and other auto-immune problems, but I too do not "look sick". I have been unfairly judged by some people ( not all ) even when experiencing a lot of physical pain simply because I again "do not look sick". So, I am telling you all this to let you know that you are not alone and you are in my prayers.

My little Kim has passed away over a year and a half ago, but not a day goes by that i don't think of her. As someone going through a lot of changes, I've found a lot of comfort in meditation and reiki. I also want to better understand reiki, I find your videos very relaxing, but also educational. It helps me when you explain the different crystals and other aspects of reiki, spirt guides, chackras etc. It's like going reiki university taught by Anna.
This is EXACTLY what I am desperately in need of, finally coming to a head now, knew I had/have to work on this. Low and behold I plugged in my charger my media-pad came on, on This Video. 😯😁. It never ceases to amaze me, the universe is providing us with help and answers, we just do not always see.

I suffer from liver disease which is linked to lack of confidence because I took so many drugs when younger - I thought the drugs would give me confidence. Anyway I had to go out but came down with horrendous nausea and severe pain in my liver and bile ducts. I lay down with this healing and was so pleased it centred around the solar plexus. Afterwards I still felt fragile but the swelling had gone down and I was virtually pain free. Thank you so much Anna. I think I’ll use this healing regularly! Xx💚🌲

These questions on how each of our aspects can aid our confidence and vice versa are such great questions! I've never thought about how my emotions connect to my confidence, but in thinking about it I'm seeing I should really value my feelings and be appreciative of my ability to go through them all. And that emotions are beautiful and opportunities for learning. That's pretty cool :)

One of the great things about some of your videos Anna is the fact that a lot of them don't start off with sponser ads from you. Your videos have generally stayed genuine in the sense that at first you voice your gratitude to your viewers followed by a few warm words about other related things. I do hope your videos can continue this format without the distraction of sponser ads at the beginning of the video. I know this may not always be possible in reality. I am practical.
I have noticed other ASMR videos from other ASMRist that I like taking on the format of talking about their video sponsers at the start before moving into the the important part for most viewers.

Awe don’t worry about the dirt under your nail lol... my nails constantly have dirt under them in the summer, due to avid gardening 😅 I just don’t like garden gloves, I prefer to touch the plants and feel the dirt. Nail brush helps but I’m always doing something in the garden lol!

Oof feels. I've been dating someone with alcohol issues etccc and yelling at him and have become abusive towards him myself. And I was training to be an opera singer now my whole mental/physical health and voice need healing
