Seriously loving the content Anna. I absolutely don't want to poo poo on anyone else's content, but it is a very clear cut difference between you, a reiki master, and them, roleplaying. You're filling a great space in the ASMR community. Also just wanna point out that I love your cadence. It feels very natural, but still slow paced and relaxing to me. :D

Thank you! I have gone inward to this session twice. More peace and grounding than I expected! That is because I sometimes have a hard time quietting my mind. I don't know if it would fit into a series with this theme but it would be helpful to have a session on how to be more in touch with and live out our passions and calling. How to use this grounding and be open to intuition and guidance. You seem to share hope too. Thanks also for the nice affirmations at the end!

I love the inward journey. I feel it is complex. I have learned two wonderful things having been isolated for many years. First, our bodies are immensely complex, and we are not alone in our (spiritual) search. Second our immense, complex bodies and minds are capable of continual change and improvement. The false belief of evolved, permanent abilities provide only hopelessness with no improvement, but we know our minds are much more complex, so from experience I know our journey inward is a continual wonder of slow but continual change, improvement, innersecurity, acquired peace, and more love for ourselves/others. I hope the virus will allow us (thank Innate also) to find ways to release ourselves from some dependence on the outside world, which I feel is increasingly vain requiring us to have more inner peace.

Second time through this video. Once when it first came out. I have been looking back into some memories and disconnected long ago relationships over the past couple of months. Have gotten to some new levels of resolution and letting go. But at the same time there has been some heaviness and sadness moving past the memories. Anna, I think that the difference between "judgemental" towards ourselves and love is to not resent what we see within ourselves. Discernment is to be aware of ourselves without any resentment towards what we see. My Cat, Mr. Spratt passed away last Wednesday and I am trying to work through that. I know he was only a Cat, but he meant a lot to my Mom and I. However, I know that Mr. Spratt is in Heaven. Anna, I really like your Reiki Sessions because you make me feel safe, comfortable, and that there is always hope of finding love from within as much as from without:)!

Grace C, I’m feeling for you. It sounds like you’re going through a lot right now. I too have found myself in tears during some of these sessions. It’s like something gets touched and freed. A gate opens. The isolation has made it hard at times for me to separate out all the different feelings, so the tears seem like a release, even if answers are not yet clear. Take good care of yourself.

I have a pretty robust practice but realllly needed some relaxation and reiki last night. Fell asleep with the volume turned down just soaking in the energy. My past life with you and the lune was Italian Roman period. I recently got. An old Roman coin as more proof. I met my past life daughter in my reiki 2 training this life. Most of my negative feelings leave me while watching and listening to you. Minutes after your session is over, the negative drips back in.
