Love your content :) Quick tip for the plantains, buy them yellow and keep them in a closed bag in a dark space for a couple more days until it starts having black stripes or look black. These will be super sweet and so yummy. Then to bring out the sweetness even more, before frying them sprinkle some salt all over them! We do this in our culture and they come out so perfect every time!!! Try and let me know :)
