My wife gets that joke now, after watching a few episodes with me. We live in Arizona, and she's also learning more about football. This season she made a joke about the Cardinals all being red-shirts. She made a Star Trek joke.
Did anyone notice Bones took Spock's heartbeat at the wrong place? His heart is not placed the same as human hearts. It should be some place where humans have got their livers.
