Is your furry friend suffering from diarrhea? Here are some simple steps to help them feel better fast:
🐾 Rehydrate with Electrolytes: Create a rehydrating solution by mixing a pint of water with a quarter to half a teaspoon of salt, 75mg of magnesium, 25mg of potassium, and a quarter teaspoon of sugar. Administer after vomiting or diarrhea episodes.
🐾 Easy-to-Digest Food: Avoid rich foods and opt for boiled turnips, rutabagas, sweet potatoes, potatoes, or white rice. The fiber helps absorb water in the GI tract, slowing down diarrhea.
