COOKING:

2nd method: for 1 kg of strawberries 200-300 g of sugar (pour strawberries, let stand, then transfer with juice to clean jars, sterilize 0.5 l for 10 minutes, 0.7 l - 13 minutes, 1 l - 15 minutes Roll up, be sure to wrap)
3rd way: freezing with strawberry puree
Cut the strawberries into a container covered with a bag, pour strawberries chopped with sugar (you can without sugar), close the lid and place in the freezer. Frozen strawberries can then be removed from the container and stored without utensils. Can be poured into silicone molds. The amount of sugar to your taste, I put a little, 3 tbsp.
