      Tofu is usually made with NON GMO soy. GMO soy is fed to cattle.

      Green beans would likely work. Any vegetable that doesn’t have a high water content could work.

      Yep. Here in South Africa it's ridiculously expensive. I'll try green beans, as Jill suggested.

    You used firm silken tofu. Could you use just firm tofu as an alternative. Looks great BTW 😋😋
