Scott McCord as Victor is becoming my favourite performance in the show! He's absolutely smashing it at the moment. What did you think of this episode? Let me know your thoughts in the comments!
I feel like the only way to break the cycle is for people to actually communicate and work together rather than keep secrets and solve everything on their own
i had the same idea.. why do they all feel like they have to do everything on their own? If they were actually working together instead of keeping secrets they would make so much progress.
@@ItmustbeT_Ndlovu There would be no television series if all the characters talked about the hallucinations and stuff that makes no sense. This place defies physics as we know it.
That’s the biggest problem for me with these town folks. It’s like have a weekly meeting and sharing dreams, visions and theories. They could have came up with something and maybe if they did this the relationship with Victor and the town’s folks could have been different from the jump.
The lady who was with Fatima was trying to silence her knowing that people were in the cellar and didn't want her to alert them because it needs her to give birth
@@annemaried.8055 Nah fam that thing is evil, she is using the black man, to trap that her and, and that that thing getting birth to the babby. And i think the baby is that evil thing true form

The issue I have with the show is that it's appears the writers are building up the story arc without having a concrete plan for the characters - they did not start the show with a specific ending in mind, only a loose idea of potential climaxes based upon audience reception.
No they did. This is what they changed about lost because people were mad about lost bc the writers were making stuff up as they went but some actors wouldn’t sign to be on from unless they had it figured out from the beginning
@@asant90 they actually aren’t. They’ve addressed it multiple times. If you get get over answers leading to more questions than you simply just don’t understand a mystery show. Especially a good one at that
You said it before but I will say it again. Scott McCord is a really really great actor. I think his portrayal of Victor is possibly the best acting in this show.
Another thing is the Creatures are always portrayed as walker as much as I can remember. I don't think I have ever seen creatures run like how smiley ran towards Miranda in the end of this episode.
I recall they mentioned in s1 they use to run and howl before the town got hold of the talismans. Then they considered it a game as the town no longer hid but would always be in the houses at night. So the monsters always knew where the towns ppl would end up therefore no need to chase them at speed.
@@SlayerSage once they turn into looking as a monster their abilities seem to change such as getting stronger while holding Boyd in place. Also the first episode Granny monster turned and attacked quickly.
I don't know why yall aren't seeing what they were hinting at in the ending, tabitha has got to be victors sister, it all fits, victor said his sister left but he didn't find her body, tabitha said she saw the place as a dream when she was little, pretty obvious if you tell me, tabitha has got to be victors sister
That is very unlikely, since child Tabitha and Victor's sister, Eloise, look NOTHING alike; different facial features and hair color. If you don't believe me, go back and double check.
Apparently, Tabitha was born around the same time that Victor's mother died. Meaning Tabitha could be the reincarnation of Victor's mother and shares her memories. I think that everyone that sees and hears stuff there are reincarnations of other special characters that died before, like Christopher, the boy in white, and Victor's mother and sister, and that they will be reincarnated and always end up in Fromville in every life. The Monsters are probably the others who died there through history, those that don't have visions or hear voices. I also think that everyone that is "special" was actually originally born there whenever this started. So they've lived many lives throughout the years, and every cycle they get closer and closer to finding out what they're supposed to do. It's probably wrong, but it's fun to theorise.
@Lithesphinx nice, I didn't know tabitha was born on the same day as victors mom's death day, that debunks the eloise theory, where in from does it say she was born the same day anyway.
@@ABurger-ho1xr it doesn't matter if they look nothing alike, it's a movie, ofcourse they won't look alike, that's not a strong enough reason to debunk the eloisr theory.
@@Kimpa222 It doesn't say concretely, but Tabitha is supposed to be 40 years old, and Miranda died when she left Victor and his sister in 1978. I think that the end of Episode 9 in season 3 more or less confirmed that Tabitha has memories of Miranda's life.
I can’t help but believe that Boyd doesn’t actually have Parkinson. We know that this place has knowledge of their lives out in the real world and this could just be a way of the town to further try to break Boyd. When he’s telling Kenny (i think) that he has Parkinson and that his clock is ticking he mentions that his dad got it around the same age Boyd is now. But he also says that it’s not supposed to be hereditary. Just like Fatima wasn’t supposed to be able to have a child, Boyds’ Parkinson could be something that the town uses to mess with their minds.
I thought the worms cured his parkinson by keeping the host alive no matter what (martin) but now I'm thinking your right its just the town messing with his confidence
yeah the parkinsons part is really interesting to me, because if it IS real (i mean fromville shows no signs of like healing its residents in any way, so if he really got it, i think he'd just have it. BUT fromville also makes you see/hear/feel things that aren't real.) then i dont know what that would do for this character? it sort of leaves a) he is not mobile enough to contribute and kenny steps in, or b) he goes out in a blaze of glory, and then the show doesnt have a protagonist. just like, narratively, it seems like it has to be not real.
@@AF564 They always have to be psychopaths just cause they don't allign EXACTLY with your ideas of right and wrong, he thinks he's doing something right, it's enough to not label him a psycho. But if they mess up even a little, then they are a psychopath huh? You're crazy
I don't think Elgin is diabolical... He already showed precognitive ability and Scarface reminded us of this last episode. Don't be surprised if eligin really has a special ability and is helping the situation... Keeping her fed and away from people is the safest thing right now, considering the alternative is her probably fighting it and killing more people
I think it was essential for Donna to have the flashback about Fatima. Fatima has been so unhinged this season it's important that the audience remember she was very human and loved before this place got to her, and to recognize the importance she holds in the community. It was easy to forget leading up to this
I believe that Tabitha is Eloise and her memory is returning, I believe that she went through the tree when she was younger after possibly following her Mom and witnessing what happened I believe that she was trying to hide after seeing her Mom killed and she hid in a faraway tree and was able to escape only to return to complete what others had started, Victor never mentioned finding his sister dead, just my theory
Except Tabitha is a solid 10yrs younger than Victor, has an accent, has a mother, and neither Henry nor Victor recognized her but recognized each other immediately Hell, Henry recognized Miranda's scarf in the dark after mere seconds... but can't recognize his daughter?
There is a huge reveal that I hope people realize. The stalkers CAN run if they want to. So when they just casually walk so slowly after people, it's because they enjoy dragging it out. They could cut loose and probably run down most of the people in the town if they wanted to. The funniest part of the episode is when Boyd and Ellis were having that heated talk in the station and the stalker tapped the glass and asked if they were ok. What a troll lol.
Think it is important that the Monsters let Boyd go untouched, then scarred randel and left him go, and then when the lady said to Victor if you don't stop coming down here we mighthave to make you stay. Seems like the monsters have more control than originally thought and are part of the overall weirdness of the town
Since season one this show has given us crumbs the entire episode then drops a big question mark in the last 20sec to make you run back to the next episode
😮 What if Boyd's wife, Abby, was right! When she shot those people saying that's the only way to escape? Miranda perishes and reincarnated in the normal world as Tabitha, essentially, she escaped FROM ans was born anew. Does this happen to everyone who perishes there, you just get reborn again in the normal world?
@rachelvoiles9699 If someone escapes from prison and is later on caught, we still acknowledge they escaped despite being caught. Same with Miranda and Tabitha, her soul escaped, she got new parents, made friends, grew up, started a family, a career etc away from FROM for around 40 years. Yes, FROM caught her again, but it doesn't erase the life she lived freely in the normal world.
@@BaDazai I am not sure if that is good or bad. I sure wouldn’t want to have enjoyed all my life and wake up in From being chased by literal monsters. I doubt this discovery would make me say “it was a good run out there” lol. Not to mention if they die and come back will they be like Victor or Ethan returning as kids? The key is to break the cycle!
I'm local to where From is filmed and a bunch of my friends are int he background. The little town is setup year round. Elgin is local and a few other actors too :) Some of the local theories are that "From" = "Fae" translated, and the theory is the creatures are fae which in traditional folklore native to our area are actually scary evil things, and that the location is the "otherworld". The fae are known for kidnapping folks to take into the other world, and sometimes replacing them. Interesting theory, who knows! Other folks think Miranda is actually his sister and that she was adopted after going through the tree.
It’s becoming clear that the writers learned nothing from Lost. They don’t have a clear plan in mind for where the show is heading and what the actual conclusion is going to be. We are constantly given new mysteries and rarely given any satisfying answers.
The writers have actually stated multiple times they already have the ending and know whwre tbe show is going. It's a 5 year plan and they have everything mapped out.
@iamthewizardwhoknocks2845 it's not, but the tik tok generation needs instant gratification rather than letting a show play out. Ultimately, this is a character show and development takes time.
The fact that the Ankooee girl was telling Tabitha were to go ( i think is good side)..and then the Kimono lady trying to shush Fatima ... huh...I think she's bad
Tabitha is Eloise. Its no coincidence she has a connection to Victor and shes the only one who can calm him. Even more so shes the only one who has a connection to the town per her remembered nightmares. She says "impossible" after the flashback because she remembered. Shes either the mother in a different time line or the sister 😂. Im banking on the sister. When the mother got to the tree she looked back and saw Eloise instead of going into the far away tree herself she sacrificed herself to save Eloise who went through the tree escaped town got adopted and grew up as Tabitha
thats bs... Tabitha is 40 years old and eloise supposedly died 44 years ago. Tabitha is latina eloise isnt. Memories are shown from miranda perspective. Tabitha child actor of rougly same age is different (from nightmares), tabitha called with actuall mother this season when otside fromville and also henry immediatly recognized victor...
WHY. Why won't the writers just let Viktor's father tell Jade about the stupid doll? Why are the making the two characters interact, if not for this reason? Just let him mention Jasper to Jade already. But no, instead in the last episode they make him mention Vicktor trying to talk to A PIECE OF WOOD. SRSLY? JUST LET HIM SAY THE PRECISE FUCKING WORDS ALREADY.
and that would advance the story how? it wouldn't. Ex. Henry: my son, who dont understand has been talking to a wooden puppet named jasper. Jade: wow that's crazy! I had a vision of a man with a puppet... (end scene)
@@msto1987 Except that then Jade might decide to see the doll for himself and something happens. After all the times he has seen the doll, I would like to think that it keeps showing up for a reason. Otherwise, why keep showing it to Jade? To waste screentime? If this is not the objective of the constant interactions between them, then I don't know what is. The message of "there is nothing wrong with your son and you should treat him differently" could have been given in one scene. If I end up being wrong and the doll serves no purpose, then fine. But if it does, then fuck the writers for making us wait for so long.
@johnzero6588 oh now you want to be a writer on the show... if this happens then this happens... this is called fan fiction and it is pathetic. Just let the writers tell the story they want to tell how they want to tell it. If you don't like it don't watch.
@@msto1987 Braindead take. It is completely possible to like a show and criticize parts of it at the same time. Writers will, of course, keep doing whatever they want. Doesn't mean their decisions can not be questioned. We already have so many plot points. If the interactions between Jade and Vikctor's father are solely for the sake of character development and not other reason, then, imo, the show does not really need as much of them as we were shown. There are many other things the screentime instead could be used for.
There's nothing special about Jasper though so how would that help? Victor already realised it was the boy in white talking to Christopher, not Jasper as he first thought. The boy in white then confirmed it when he said he tried to tell Christopher. The boy in white has never appeared to Jade.
Starting to think all those apparitions Jade is seeing are echoes of previous lives. The recurring sitting position, head turn and scream (boulder guy, Jasper, Christopher) feels like a future reveal.
he was both a puppet and a puppeteer, in a past life, simultaneously? ran out of plausible evidence after 2 lol... that's how weak this theory is, even if true, your "facts" lack Facts

I don't think everyone is a reincarnation. It seems like some people just get unlucky and get dragged along for the ride with reincarnated individuals. Jim obviously can't be Henry and Ethan can't be Victor even if their roles are similar. Most of the bust people serve no purpose.
@@EternalFount exactly. Boyd's wife had memories of the place as a child. Is this Boyd's first time? Is that why they seem more interested in him? Is it why he was able to find the talismans and to lead and inspire hope in the people? The guy who came with Jade, why did he need to die immediately?
@@deadtoadsoupI think this is because Boyd actually went out and explore, something everyone should had done day one. It seems to me the place makes everybody weird, off balance. The town is definitely breaking Boyd, if slowly. For example, the scene when he yells at the Nurse monster who taunted him. That was out of character for him, and it was reminiscent of the scene when Fatima broke and started yelling at a monster.

Argument Tabitha isn't Eloise: Tabitha's actress is 10 full years younger than Victor's actor, and is an entirely different nationality. Tabitha has a Spanish accent and even calls her mother in the real world and they speak spanish to each other (a very specific scene as if to confirm that Tabitha is not related to any missing woman from the Town). Not to mention that she is the first person from Henry's family that Henry sees in 40 years and he doesn't recognize her? He holds her at gunpoint? But he recognizes Victor's lunchbox? He notices Miranda's scarf? Argument Tabitha is Eloise: They are both women I dunno about you guys, but I know which I am more convinced by.
Tabitha is Eloise. Tabitha had nightmares about Fromville as a kid. Miranda never experienced Fromville as a kid but Eloise did. Tabitha's reaction at the end of the episode was her realizing that those nightmares were actually her in Fromville as a kid(Eloise). The scene of Miranda getting killed was shot as the audience's POV of what Tabitha witnessed which was her mother getting killed. It wasn't Miranda's or Eloise's POV. The reincarnation theory makes no sense.
@@downtoearthproductionsTabitha isn't having memories of Frimville as a child, she has memories of nightmares she had as a child. Nightmares she had because she is the reincarnation, or next cyclical incarnation, of whatever archetype or person Miranda also was as Miranda similarly had these visions of her previous experiences. Unless you want to try and gin up some contrivance that Miranda was secretly from the Town as well? Oh yeah, and you also have to find some.way to dismiss all those indicators that she isn't Eloise*.
1. The kimono lady was covering Fatima’s mouth to keep her quiet because Victor was standing inside the cellar, then Tabitha came in behind him. 2. The BIW clearly stated that he tried transparency with Christopher before, but seeing how that turned out the people of the town will have to figure it out for themselves this time. I don’t think the BIW enjoys the suffering.
Elgin wasnt acting like a madman. He thinks he is doing the right think and pairing up helps him to avoid searching anywhere near the cellar where Tabitha is residing
You don’t understand answers are always going to lead to more questions until you get the whole complete answer of what this show is. And there’s planning to be 5 seasons so there’s going to be more question until then
@ no I totally understand that … but for an episode titled revelations I’m definitely meant to leave with more answers than questions and this episode and season hasn’t done that whatsoever
No shes not victors mom …..shes victors sister…hugging victor in the cellar triggered the memory cause thats where she was in that same cellar before she ran off to chase her mom…..this also explains how she had memories of the three red stones cause she was actually there to witness them.
This series is just breaking us, the viewers. We are the real victims🚮. The producers are capitalizing on our confusion/Curiosity. This season will also just end like the other two, with many unanswered questions.💔
The fact that we are 3 seasons in and haven’t gotten one solid clue. At least figure out what everybody has in common with the place..a bottle tree answer as why they have bottles and numbers.
Everyone in this town needs to sit down together and compare all their weird experiences instead of keeping them to themselves! Also as well I don’t think the kimono lady is evil, I have no bases for this other than a feeling
The people complaining that there are "not enough scary monsters" are not the target audience of the writers anymore. This show is becoming a lot deeper than that. I think its still the best show on TV
also, notice how Elgin has been wearing that crow shirt most of the season. don't exactly know what the crow represents, but every time we've seen them it hasn't been good. gotta be some connection there
I hope that creature that taunted Boyd wasn’t foreshadowing his future. If Boyd’s fate is to ring the bell in an empty town as the final resident only to decide to end it all then ppl gonna skin the writers.
Tabitha being Mirandas reincarnation can be the reason Thomas died. As Tabitha just like Miranda was supposed to have 2 children. And after Thomas's death maybe he's stuck here too and the voice Jim heard is actually Thomas.
@@niaselah3348Why wouldn't he? Nothing about Thomas makes him more than human, but soending years in limbo to be used for this place might make into something less than human.
@@niaselah3348 Yeah, the malice in the voice when little Ethan said it wasn't his brother and they walked out. Honestly, I don't think any of the visions or voices are benevolent except maybe the kids.
My theories that no one mentions: The kimono Lady is either Fatima or Sarah. The Monsters are 'From' the motel, whether patrons, or people who worked there. Every monster is wearing a uniform of some type. If theyre not in uniform, theyre typically very cliche characters. Also, has anyone seen a non caucasion monster? Or a Monster that had a non traditional look. Ie, no monsters that have mohawks or what not. What 'From' is: I think the explanation Henry gave Tabitha while she was looking at the paintings explained it all and people are just glossing over it as if he didnt say it. So, Ill pose it more like a question but using his explanation. What is a place that anyone and everyone can get into from anywhere, but is almost impossible to find your way out? As an artist who trips on shrooms Id like to give my answer: My imagination. 'From' my imagination is my darkest fears and greatest accomplishments. So if you 'From' in front of your imagination, you create a place that doesnt actually exist, but can be as real to you as any dream or nightmare. Since Victor is the oldest, I believe he created the monsters from his imagination, hence the possible guilt for everyone in the town being killed. I find it hard to believe A child couldve survived all on his own considering as mentioned in season 1 that children were more succeptable to letting the monsters get in their heads. So, I think the real mystery of how Victor survived will answer most if not all questions. And not one video Ive seen mentions anything about how in the world did Victor survive. If theyre all connected through reincarnation, maybe their imaginations are connected as well. Also, the attire of the monsters, and none of them being "minorities" would be indicitive of the time period from when victor was a kid. LAST AND CERTAINLY NOT LEAST, REMOVING THE TREE FROM THE ROAD, WILL UNLOCK FROM. THE METAPHORE, UNLOCK YOUR IMAGINATION TO BE FREE.
This show has a fascinating concept and creates a unique dynamic that keeps us guessing. Every time we get one answer, it's immediately followed by ten more questions. It's like a riddle trapped in a puzzle, wrapped in a maze! One of the major mysteries is about the motel-where is it, and what happened to it? Henry pointed out, "How come we see a sign, but there's no motel?" I also think the numbers in the bottles might represent hotel room numbers. At some point, I predict the motel will become a central element in this story. While I understand the comparisons to Lost, there are significant differences. What made Lost so iconic was its strong, alpha male leaders. However, in this show, all the men seem to be portrayed as beta males who struggle with making logical leadership decisions. They often rely on mentally stronger female counterparts. For example, Boyd follows Donna, Jim defers to Tabitha, Kristi leads Kenny, and Ellis looks up to Fatima. Conversely, the men who display alpha-like qualities, such as Jade and Randall, are depicted as jerks or bullies. Throughout human history, when people face extreme situations and adversity, we tend to revert to our natural roles: men often become warriors and protectors, while women take on the roles of healers and nurturers. But here, the men seem passive, almost waiting for those around them to be killed. A prime example is Frank, who drinks himself unconscious instead of protecting his family, allowing the monster to slaughter them. No real man would do that when he has a scared little girl at home. It’s an intriguing writing choice-every male character is led by a stronger female. Even Julie shows better leadership skills than her own father, Jim. I don't think this is a mere oversight; it seems intentional, creating more intrigue and conflict in the storyline. The lack of communication among the characters adds to the show's chaos. No one is trying to come up with a plan of attack; they’re all just surviving as best they can. In reality, when humans face threats, we don’t just sit around waiting-we build walls, moats, and traps. Human creativity, especially in the art of survival and war, is unmatched. Yet, all of this seems absent in the show’s portrayal of their survival efforts. Despite these observations, I think it's a great show, and I’m excited to see how it all unfolds in the end!
Tabitha the long lost sister of Victor, tabitha is eloise, Victor is ethan. Julie/tabitha/eloise same person Julie from Past Eloise(younger version) and tabitha (older version) same person that they are in FUTURE Randal is fatima son boyd is randal julie is tabitha marielle is Donna Sarah is tabitha and Victor's mom Sarah is Miranda From Past to Present The brave person will die meaning they survived The one scared will remain (remain on coma) because all of them caused by accident and they are in comma. This is the story.
this is absolutely off topic but i honestly think Jim isn't gonna make it through next ep, he is slowly tying up loose ends with his family and his character isnt in any major plot lines. i feel that hes gonna take Julie for a final car ride then he might sacrifice himself or something may happen. Any thoughts on this?
Well i think he will survive, he is just doing what henry told him to do, is to understand his family. They’re just showing how easy it is to stay happy if we just understand each other. I dont see any major death in this season after tilly
That is her mother! She was adopted! I can just know it! She thought it was a dream ! It wasn’t a dream. She was actually here and got out probably how she did as an adult, she probably went looking for her mother! She’s not reincarnated , she is the daughter!
Why are people saying she's Eloise? Tabitha made the BRACELET for Jim. Miranda made the same bracelets. Eloise didn't make bracelets. Eloise couldn't make bracelets at that age, especially self-tightening ones with leather cords. _Telltale sign of reincarnation - a skill YOU had in your previous life._ Unless Eloise was an artisan prodigy who had access to jewelry making materials.
What if the baby is connected to the boy in white. Fatimas stomach grew the same episode, the boy in white has started to look older. And with the reincarnation theory if that is true then how is victor and Ethan alive at the same time …. Isn’t reincarnation about having the same soul and different body? I do think there is some reincarnation going on but the logistics just don’t make sense
Main cast: **See's ghosts and paranormal things*** Someone asks what's wrong: Main cast: Oh, nothing. Main cast screaming and crying: Someone: Whats wrong? Main cast: Nothing. Moral of the story.🎉
My theory is the night people are fairies, they shapeshift and here’s the thing they are warded by talismans in a lot of folklore you can protect yourself from fairies by having talismans and the faraway tree reminds me of a rowan tree so maybe they all ended up in the fairy world and the fae eat people
This town really reminds me of That towm in wanda vision. A cursed bubbled town And with a pinch of the original series "lost". The writers knows exactly what their doing.
I do find the fact that people come to Fromville via a fallen tree in the road, and then sometimes leave via a hole in a tree pretty interesting. I also feel like the writers are now trolling any of us who watched the Lost series with that hatch in the floor😂.
This is the thing. The faraway tree is the portal to get them home. However, you can return to the real world only if you go through the faraway tree during nighttime. That's why the monsters come out only at night. To keep the people inside during night so that they can't get anywhere close to the faraway tree. And Miranda almost went through the faraway tree at night. However, as soon as Smiley saw her about to do it, he RAN towards her to kill her out of urgency as to not risk her escaping.
I thought this the monsters are Fromvilles security guards. Maybe it's unlocked at night only after saving the children's souls, the symbol roots unlocks and the tree becomes a portal to the real world. Or the tree in the road disappears for good. Next week, I think Fatima will manage to get into that trap door, and it will lead her to the monsters. Will they tear her to bits and take the baby? Will they ignore her? Will she become a monster? Could Julie, Randall or Marielle work together and realise they can move in backwards in time to move and change things that they know will happen to reset some things.
ever since this kimono lady and elgin stuff started it felt downgrade like this whole season feels like nothing but bunch of filler i hope they gonna return to those night creatures stuff in season 4 cause those thing made season 1 & 2 special
They need to branch away from them some. Episode after episode of just the Stalkers would get stale. However, the Stalkers upped their game this season. That ambush in the barn was just mean. Giving Boyd the keys to ambulance just to make him feel guilty for what they did to Randall, like Boyd allowed it. I do agree that the pacing is a touch off.
I think you missed some things that were clearly explained in the episode. 1. Elgin is not a villain. He believes that Fatima will survive the pregnancy and that this will provide a way home. He paired with Ellis to try and reassure him that Fatima will live and be fine. It was not about being cruel, it is about protecting her and helping Ellis to feel better. 2. The Kimono lady covered Fatima’s mouth because Victor and Tabitha were on the other side of the wardrobe and would hear Fatima cry out. We don’t know yet what the Kimono lady wants, and the isolation might be to protect the people from another Tilly situation. 3. Fatima did not kill Tilly. The creature inside of her took control and used her body to kill Tilly. Fatima had no control therefore no agency. It is the equivalent of demonic possession. The next points are not spelled out in the episode. 4. We know that the children poured their hope into the tree and created the symbol. We also know that the town exists to steal hope from the residents and that is why the creatures pass up opportunities to kill them, (Victor in the caves, Boyd repeatedly, ect…) so the symbol is likely the key. Christopher was obsessed with the symbol and given the task to save the children. Jade might be the true chosen one as he is likely the reincarnation of Christopher. 5. Martin (The guy chained to the wall,) suggested a greater evil was coming back to the tower. We know time travel exists in the show’s pocket dimension. It is possible the baby is that greater evil born from the life stolen from the 3 chained in the tower. I wonder if all of this was to manifest that evil in physical form. In that sense maybe the trees don’t just move you through space, but also through time.
No. 1. Elgin is a greedy psychopath! She's having a fucking monster baby, that can eat its way out from Fatima's stomach! Is Elgin so stupid he doesn't suspect kimono lady is evil? At least, she's not straightforward, that's for sure. He paired w Elis because he's a mad man. And dumb. I dislike his character. He knows about Sarah, right? And tried to even judge her when she said she killed her brother. Elgin just came to town so he doesn't have the right to use sweet Fatima as a sacrifice to try and save them all, what if it doesn't work?? Why couldn't he confide in anyone? Because he knows they will speak the truth to him. Honestly, he is a villain. This is the story of a villain. They can be sweet, but they're selfish and always think what they're doing is the best.
2. Kimono lady is suspicious af. That was just demonic. And Elgin knows the town is crazy, why would he believe a weird demon lady who forces someone sweet to drink blood!! What good can come from that?
@@Belle-ql2nz I am just gonna reply to all points in one response. Elgin had a dream before arriving. He is deeply connected to the magic of the town. We don’t know what the Kimono lady told him to make Elgin trust her. Presumably the baby is not human (drinks blood and eats garbage.) But, it is inside Fatima one way or another. They cannot exactly abort a magical pregnancy. For all he knows not feeding it will kill Fatima and more townspeople. Notice he gave Fatima his own blood rather than trying to take someone else’s. He legit believes he is protecting her, and he legit believes he is trying to help Ellis. Either he is brainwashed by the Kimino lady, or he is willing helping her because he believes she is on their side, (just like Victor believes the boy in white is on their side, and the children seem to be on Tabitha’s side, and the dead priest hallucination is on Byod’s side.) don’t assume Kimono lady is evil just because she does not look human. I could see a twist where she is legit trying to save them.
The boy in the white is turning evil now and he doesn’t want Victor to cut down the tree because the tree will be the gateway for the evil characters to teleport into the real world to kill everyone there too and take over. The kapono kids are trying to help Tabitha figure out the way to save everyone from the town by finally putting the pieces together to close the portal from the tree and the real world.
I don't think Tabitha is reincarnation of Miranda, nor Jade the reincarnation of Christopher. I don't think this about reincarnation - I believe the people who are having visions/hearing voices, are psychic, being there are different levels of psychic ability - some just hear, some see visions, some can see/hear the dead, and some can even have their bodies possessed. So Sarah, Julie, Randall, Elgin, and Jade I believe are psychic and one of them is the chosen one - likely Jade. They others have parts to play. Victor is just experiencing memories. The two cars that arrived when Victor was a boy has not been explained yet - we are assuming Christopher was one of those cars but that might not actually be the case. Obviously, the other car was not Miranda, as she and her kids were already there. It is mentioned that the massacre happened because of the people in the two cars - that does not mean they did it - they may have just been the catalysts.
Victor has always delivered but the surprise is Elgin.. He's mastered deranged I'm doing evil for the good of the people roll. Even the look in has eyes changed
My Theory is 1. Tabitha is the sister of Victor, who went out of the tree while her mother died. 2. Kamono Lady hold Fatima down, because the Victor & Tabitha were standing outside. 3. I think the town finally broke Boyd & I am very afraid that he is gonna die, while searching for Fatima.
@@Vibes-cl4klTabitha sure as hell isn't reincarnated Miranda💯. If Tabitha isn't Eloise, then how do you explain Tabitha having nightmares as a kid about Fromville when Miranda never experienced Fromville as a kid but Eloise was a kid who experienced Fromville🤔 Please don't bring up the actresses are different bull💩😂😂😂
Is anyone gonna talk about how the creatures have never run before but smiley ran at Victor's mom and tackled her. Why do something that out of character? They didn't have the talismans at that point so she wouldn't have been able to get away as easily.
@justinlangley9522 that would make sense if that guy (Dale i think)hadn't been sent into the swimming pool when he went through the tree. However since it was night time, maybe that's when the tree works. It would also explain why the creatures come out at night.
I called it with Elgin immediately!! I didn’t know what would happen, but I knew he was too soft to not crack. Making collages and knitting with Tilly… 🤦It was obvious when he immediately took to Fatima on his first day. Had I been Ellis, I would’ve told him something long ago… Stay TF away from my girl dude!!
I checked out of this show after episode 7. Congrats writers/producers. You are destroying a great show with the snail pace. I don’t subscribe to the perspective of other viewers that consider this show infallible. I still watch but I’m not holding my breath for anything
I’m starting to feel similarly tbh. No one likes too much of a tease. It feels like once they reveal the truth about fromville. There’s gonna be loads of plot holes.
I think the writers simply didnt know it yet either and just doing all these random things that they feel cool. Ooor they have the answers already but they are so lame that they know once those are out its over for the show.
The reincarnated theory doesn't seem legit because it doesn't explain how Tabitha had nightmares about Fromville as a kid when Miranda had never experiences Fromville as a kid but Eloise did. Also, when Miranda was killed by Smiley, it wasn't shot by Miranda's POV but instead it was the audience's POV of what Eloise witnessing Miranda getting killed. I think Tabitha is Eloise💯
A. Tabithas nightmares about fromville as a kid aren't necessarily memories from when she was miranda, but rather they could be memories from another time she was reincarnated, as the chain of reincarnations may date back much longer, this is supported by the fact that the kid in tabithas dream was dressed in medieval clothes. It's also possible her dream was a memory of miranders dreams and/or memory. B. That makes sense, however, the camera angle probably has nothing to do with it, they more likely just want the audience to see what happened, not necessarily precisely how it happened from her perceptive. If you were to be that literal about it, then the scene wouldn't make sense from anyone's pov, given the way the camera switches positions and angles.
@Oliver-uu8dp the audience POV implies that it's coming a character's POV or it implies what is happening in the scene. The previous scene before that was the audience's POV of Tabitha having a memory or flashback. That implies that the scene of Miranda getting killed by Smiley is continuing the audience's POV of Tabitha which is showing the audience what Eloise is seeing.
@@downtoearthproductionsWe see the faces of Eloise and Victor during the hug. POV and camera angles are not 1-1. Another example, Smiley is seen straight on, but if Eloise saw her mother die it would have been from an angle. Finally, Tabitha talked to her bio mom in Victor’s dad’s house. P.S. the braclet, the song, and other similarities all tie Tabitha to Victor’s mom, not his sister. The mom died in 1978 and presumably it is approximately 2020-2021 in fromsville give or take a year. That is much more in line with a mother reincarnation than the sister. I think the Sister is actually the ghost girl who led them to the cellar. She was caught and sacrificed in the past. The children born in the dark could be a reference to going through the tree and going back in time (reborn in a sense,) and died in the dark.
But Henry said Miranda would always draw pictures and talk about Fromville before she even ended up there, how is that possible if she has never been there
it has already been stated the monsters dont run, not because they cant but because it is more psychologic terrorism. we saw the grandma monster reach a 2nd floor window in the pilot. how did she get up there? Did she Fly? leap? climb? any of these is enough for me to think they can do more then just walk slow. to think they couldn't run... how many people "thought" the monsters CANT run? we all kinda already knew that
The monsters clearly have rules though. They can't open doors and the can't destroy doors or walls to get in either. Not being able to run could also be a rule, the thought isn't without logic.
@okyeawtf you are making a giant assumption. You have zero proof to back up anything. What do we know as fact. They are bulletproof, psychological sadistic, unhumanly strong, and they can speak. Everything else we "know" is an assumption for all we know they can fly have telekinesis and spit fire. I don't assume they can do any of thse thing but I also don't assume they cant.
I agree Tabitha is Eloise: when Tabitha met Victors dad and in that scene when she opened the glove compartment she found a bracelet and he told her it was from his wife, Tab lost it and they crashed and then end up back in town.
If there is time travel involved in this show, I would say Tabitha is victor’s missing sister since no one saw victor’s sister die in the show..it is possible she managed to escape through the tree and lost her memories and was later adopted by her assumed mother ..
I think the tree definitely need to te cut down to stop the game, maybe without the tree they can't keep bringing people into the town and the cycle ends, I think that it is at least a sacrificial way of stopping everything
@@larkilanders Or, the tree does eventually get cut down, and that is why there is a tree in the road when people are trapped. It is a portal tree, and the people are portaled to another dimension (Fromsville.) 50-50 cutting down the tree is what starts everything. Remember, the children poured their hope into the roots of a tree, maybe when that hope is cut down is when the dimension starts trying to take more hope from other people.
Ankoohey means "Remember" Tabitha is Miranda reincarnated, and the Ankoohey kids wants her to remember her past life as Miranda as that would probably reveal the answers they've been searching for.
The only revelation I felt was truly given is reincarnation. If that’s case in order to stop the cycles Ethan needs to die since he is the incarnation of the BIW. Just like Victor was supposed to die during the massacre when he was a kid.
Tabitha is Victor's sister. Remember when she recognized those red stones in her dream when she was a little girl? Well, I don't think it was a dream, but a repressed memory.
That was a different little girl, though. Also, why wouldn't Henry remember his own daughter? Also Eloise was Victor's older sister. Tabitha is clearly younger than him. ALSO, when Tabitha got out she called her mom on the phone. Victor's mom is dead.
@okyeawtf I believe the dream is her repressed memory. Henry believed they were both dead, and it's been a long time. So even though he did recognise her, he would have sounded insane. Moreover, the town has a way of changing people like the boy in white said. This is my theory.
@@elijahabimiku3189Tabitha is definitely Eloise. Her reaction at the end of the episode shows that. In that moment, she realized that those nightmares were actually her being a kid(Eloise) in Fromville.
Damn I kinda adore Elgin's actor, seemed like such an insignificant character but his act of confusion is perfectly delivered, and a great example of how the place does in fact fuck with people's head
Not sure why people keep throwing the word “reincarnation” here like wtf… no, yes they showed the mother but for different reason. Tabitha is the sister.
So Tabitha is Victor's sister, which means Henry is also her father? What?! So who was the woman she spoke to when was in Camden, Maine? Adopted mother?
I disagree. I'm rooting for Tabitha, Victor, Boyd, Kenny, Donna, Jade, Sarah... And of course, the kids. And many others. Apart from Elgin, Randall, Acosta and maybe Fatima, I don't think the characters are unlikabke. But to each their own I guess.
No, don’t you understand? It’s his sister.! She is his sister! She is Eloise! It wasn’t a dream! Victor’s mother is her mother! Watch she was adopted! She was here, she was here with Victor! And she thought it was a dream!! Don’t you understand her reaction? ! Is because that is her mother!!
I like how everyone keeps saying Tabitha and Victer can't be sibling's because there is decades between their ages. They're actually only 10 years apart, old enough to be sibling's.

Sister Bond is Powerful!💗

Plus he was going to retire on a boat. Doesn’t sound like a guy who would get this disease all of a sudden
The symptoms appear whenever Boyd is feeling helpless. When he has purpose they go away
I thought the worms cured his parkinson by keeping the host alive no matter what (martin) but now I'm thinking your right its just the town messing with his confidence
The town plays on your fears.
yeah the parkinsons part is really interesting to me, because if it IS real (i mean fromville shows no signs of like healing its residents in any way, so if he really got it, i think he'd just have it.

The funniest part of the episode is when Boyd and Ellis were having that heated talk in the station and the stalker tapped the glass and asked if they were ok. What a troll lol.

Does that answer contain less obvious information?
@@cheriann6461 no when it comes specifically to this show it should be about providing theories or more context or provide a new insight somebody may have not thought of you stated a obvious point that we could clearly see just watching the show
The lady was covering Fatima’s mouth because they are literally outside the door and would hear her if she yelled out for help….
Why wouldn’t they just walk in the next door tf
@ because of the whole interaction with the visions and then walking out of the cellar to have a moment… it was annoying but I guess that’s why. Also that door is hidden by a dresser and I’m sure they wouldn’t know unless they heard someone behind it yelling
If Victor was already down there why didn't he hear anything while Fatima was saying no to kimono woman
Argument Tabitha isn't Eloise:
Tabitha's actress is 10 full years younger than Victor's actor, and is an entirely different nationality.
Argument Tabitha is Eloise:
They are both women
I dunno about you guys, but I know which I am more convinced by.
Tabitha was born in the year that Miranda died. She is a reincarnation of her
Tabitha is Eloise.
You gave 0 good arguments for why it shouldn't be her.
@@richardschultzberg562I gave literally all the arguments, your media literacy is bad
I think if the BIW tells them what to do blatantly the town or the evil entities that control it literally is like experiment over, kill everybody
Elgin wasnt acting like a madman. He thinks he is doing the right think and pairing up helps him to avoid searching anywhere near the cellar where Tabitha is residing
Do you think locking a woman in a dark cellar chained to a bed drinking your blood is the right thing to do. If so ur just as crazy
Just like Sara in s1!

For an episode titled revelations I sure came out of it with with more questions… lovely work from lovely work 😑😑
You don’t understand answers are always going to lead to more questions until you get the whole complete answer of what this show is. And there’s planning to be 5 seasons so there’s going to be more question until then
@ no I totally understand that … but for an episode titled revelations I’m definitely meant to leave with more answers than questions and this episode and season hasn’t done that whatsoever
@ I mean next episode is revelations also it’s just part 2 so you have to treat them as one episode
@ let’s see how it goes … overall the season has just been lackluster for me
@ I think it’s seemed slow bc we couldn’t binge it but I get what your saying
The smiling guy ran to catch victor's mother and I thought they don't run.
Didn't want to risk her going to through the tree?
No shes not victors mom …..shes victors sister…hugging victor in the cellar triggered the memory cause thats where she was in that same cellar before she ran off to chase her mom…..this also explains how she had memories of the three red stones cause she was actually there to witness them.
And that's also her who witnessed her mom being killed. The way they filmed it is not the moms pov, but rather another person.
Exactly
You got it
She's way younger than Victor how is she his sister bruh
then why would tabitha have tge same song as fav as miranda and make same braclet for her husband as miranda? she is not Victors sister
This series is just breaking us, the viewers.
We are the real victims🚮.
The producers are capitalizing on our confusion/Curiosity.
This season will also just end like the other two, with many unanswered questions.💔
Yup. And I’m all for it
Agreed
That’s a WHOLE fact!
This show started strong. But now it’s straight trash. They are literally torturing us, and I don’t like it.
I think its still the best show on TV
three seasons of mystery to be reincarnation stuff would be so frustrating
also, notice how Elgin has been wearing that crow shirt most of the season. don't exactly know what the crow represents, but every time we've seen them it hasn't been good. gotta be some connection there
I hope that creature that taunted Boyd wasn’t foreshadowing his future.
No way that's Thomas. The cruelty in the voice is undeniable. Their child would never do that

1:56 mirada wasnt chosen. Boy in white even said he chose christopher but he wouldnt listen
My theories that no one mentions:
The kimono Lady is either Fatima or Sarah.
What 'From' is:
I think the explanation Henry gave Tabitha while she was looking at the paintings explained it all and people are just glossing over it as if he didnt say it.
Nice theory
I hope we get another season this show keeps us guessing.
It really does keep us guessing!
They said there is one more season to wrap everything up 🤷🏼♀️
1:44 I don't know I ' ll prefer Tabitha to be Eloise because I thought that she escaped the town in the first episode to find out Henry, his dad.
Actors are doing an amazing job, and Scott McCord especially. He's just absolutely phenomenal.

My theory is the night people are fairies, they shapeshift and here’s the thing they are warded by talismans in a lot of folklore you can protect yourself from fairies by having talismans and the faraway tree reminds me of a rowan tree so maybe they all ended up in the fairy world and the fae eat people
The scene when Tabatha hugged Victor I literally teared up 😢
Yeah that was such a powerful moment
This town really reminds me of That towm in wanda vision. A cursed bubbled town And with a pinch of the original series "lost". The writers knows exactly what their doing.
Yeah it's definitely got a similar feeling to that!
@BrainPilot and also a pinch from Dark series! Forgot to mentioned that. 🤪
I do find the fact that people come to Fromville via a fallen tree in the road, and then sometimes leave via a hole in a tree pretty interesting.

If an alien baby comes out of Fatima, I’m going to freak out
Smiley comes out.
It's smiley
It will and she will pass away in the process
This is the thing. The faraway tree is the portal to get them home. However, you can return to the real world only if you go through the faraway tree during nighttime. That's why the monsters come out only at night. To keep the people inside during night so that they can't get anywhere close to the faraway tree.
And Miranda almost went through the faraway tree at night. However, as soon as Smiley saw her about to do it, he RAN towards her to kill her out of urgency as to not risk her escaping.
but then how come both Julie and Boyd went through the far away tree at night but did not go home?
And Tabitha went thru the farway tree when it was still light out
I thought this the monsters are Fromvilles security guards.

ABBY ALSO HAD DREAMS AS A CHILD ABOUT THAT PLACE
@@luvlihyunjin exactly this is why I am saying that Tabitha or Miranda is not the chosen one. It’s jade and Christopher
How do we know that?
@@tehreemzahra6023 she said it in a previous episode
3. Seee, you agree it's a demon baby. That's just not normal. So Elgin is playing some superhero, and that's wrong.
**creature, I mean. Demon, creature, all the same to me😂sorry.
Another boring episode. It’s way too slow & the story is not progressing. They fooled me once with the walking dead. I’m not doing this again
Maybe some new guests will arrive soon after the death of Dale and Tillie
Victor has always delivered but the surprise is Elgin.. He's mastered deranged I'm doing evil for the good of the people roll. Even the look in has eyes changed
My Theory is

I think she is Victor's sister. She saw Miranda get killed in 3rd person view and not first person view.
That could definitely be an approach for sure!
Not to mention, she's adopted and had nightmares of this place as a child
But Henry said Miranda would always draw pictures and talk about Fromville before she even ended up there, how is that possible if she has never been there
@ Elgin dreamed of the place before arriving as well. When he mentioned it they said some people are connected to it. This is rare but not new.
The faraway tree was closed when victor's mum arrived, and it was the first time we saw a monster running
it has already been stated the monsters dont run, not because they cant but because it is more psychologic terrorism. we saw the grandma monster reach a 2nd floor window in the pilot. how did she get up there?
Reincarnation is such a lazy angle... mehh!!
hopefully that's not it.

If there is time travel involved in this show, I would say Tabitha is victor’s missing sister since no one saw victor’s sister die in the show..it is possible she managed to escape through the tree and lost her memories and was later adopted by her assumed mother ..
There's some kind of time travel/influence with what we saw with Julie. So it could be!

I think the tree definitely need to te cut down to stop the game, maybe without the tree they can't keep bringing people into the town and the cycle ends, I think that it is at least a sacrificial way of stopping everything
@@larkilanders I don’t think so. I think the tree is important to bring people from one place to another even if sometime it makes you get stuck

Yup I believe so and remember when she looked at her reflection in the window at the hospital? It was a younger girl...probably Eloise
It’s bc the last episode got leaked already. It’s true
@@waffletoaster4759 where did it leak ?
Stop with the sister nonsense. It makes no sense.
What if Tabitha is Victor's sister?
Cuz she was in that place as a kid and would explain the vision in other words "Memories"
It's definitely a possibility!
Victor found his mother at the same place where he lost her 🤯
You spelled sister wrong. It's not mother.
So Tabitha is Victor's sister, which means Henry is also her father?
What?! So who was the woman she spoke to when was in Camden, Maine?
Adopted mother?
She's Victor's mother
@@KatherinyAngela But she died. Victor found her body.
@averycolnite3561 It's her reincarnation
This show has become so tedious and the characters so unlikable.
I disagree. I'm rooting for Tabitha, Victor, Boyd, Kenny, Donna, Jade, Sarah... And of course, the kids. And many others. Apart from Elgin, Randall, Acosta and
maybe Fatima, I don't think the characters are unlikabke. But to each their own I guess.
Guys Fatima's actress said theyve planned for 5 seasons! Actually watch the show so we get them!!!
That's a good amount!
I can’t wait another year to watch the next season😖😭😤
Same my poor memory and patience will never let me wait @@Prue.101
This show sucks
No, don’t you understand? It’s his sister.!
She is his sister! She is Eloise!
It wasn’t a dream! Victor’s mother is her mother! Watch she was adopted!
She was here, she was here with Victor! And she thought it was a dream!!
Don’t you understand her reaction? ! Is because that is her mother!!
I thought the ending eluded to Tabitha being victor's little sister. It made since to me. It would explain how she found the house and everything
I like how everyone keeps saying Tabitha and Victer can't be sibling's because there is decades between their ages. They're actually only 10 years apart, old enough to be sibling's.
I don't think there was a tej year gap between the both of them when they were younger though
