When he would lay with me at night and my husband started snoring loudly, he considered it a challenge to purr louder than husband snored. It was a tie until l couldn't stop laughing and they both stopped 🤣. Both were greatly insulted by my interruption. God help me, l miss Otis. I've never had another that compares 💘
I fed & nurtured a young, hungry, feral tabby that first appeared digging in my compost on my fence line out back, here at my home in the Blue Ridge mountains...at the ending of winter (2022). After building his trust...he is now completely loving and follows me everywhere. He calls me loudly. He curls up on me and purrs. I hope to find him a companion because he's an outdoor cat. I'm 73 and would hate to die and there be no way for him to get back out to his world. I actually named him Otis. May GOD richly bless you and your family, now and forever. A purring cat is one of the most relaxing sounds known to man. I miss all my kitties who have gone to kitty heaven. When they're curled up next to you or in your lap and purring contentedly, it is such a relaxing and comforting feeling.
Nothing compared to my cat ever sense we got back from vacation he’s been purring sooo loudly even if you just pet him once he starts shaking the room with his purr lol
