I had to check the real-estate price of your old house and neighbours and was surprised how affordable they would be for first homeowners. Unlike here where prices have skyrocketed in Tasmania. Also, I was born in Blackpool and moved to Torquay when I was 10 and returned when I was 21 so I didn’t really venture in town when I was a kid as it was too far to walk, so I normally played around this area. The area is really nice and plenty to do with Stanley Park Stonesthrow from our house. Hope you’re keeping well all the very best and take care, Paul.

That was fun. It didn't seem to rain as much then? Torquay also looks like a lovely place on your videos. I have never been there myself. Thanks again for your reply.
