How can you operate these winches if some dummy looses the remote control out in the field?

So we were able to get a part number for a spare remote (93043), but I'm not sure about what would happen if you lost it in the field. If you're worried about it you could store a second one somewhere for redundancy. Your best best may be to give Warn a call at 1.800.543.9276 (and then get back to us and let us know!)
4 Wheel Online just called warn, no other way to operate the winch without remote so don't mess it up. you could buy a 2nd controller is your option
I guess they need to reconsider that and put a manual override on it. No sense in having a $2000+ winch if it can only be used with a tv remote.
Save a few bucks and buy the Zeon 10S. It still has all the mechanical features and the synthetic line, but uses a traditional clutch lever and plug in controller.
