Bruh, don't let what happened to Chris scare you away from horses. He said it was entirely his fault he got hurt that day since his head wasn't 100% in the game and his horse picked up on that. It's why the animal made what's called a "refusal" and stopped short right before a jump. Chris was unprepared for that, and went flying off over the horse's neck and landed on his head. He bore the horse no ill will afterwards, taking full responsibility for the accident like a real man does when he knows he messed up.
