That slap though... A boxers who's been conditioned to evade mostly straight jabs, hook and uppercut would be surprised that such attack as slaps combo exists and coming from unfamiliar angles. 😂

Love it. Routine of the day. The couple hammer fist might be good also to move the guards of a boxer and hurting his wrists/ foreharm and all along making a passage to the face or torso.
Enjoyed ur empty hand video strategies from basics; step by step, air n equipment impact. Many times on the street we don't have weapons to defend ourselves n that's where empty hand defense is very practical. Kudos for this video. Please provide more basic empty hand videos. Nice video. Good to see the strikes done with a training Bob and clear descriptions. It's easier to visualize now how the movement flows. Also my first time to learn this term 'Panantukan', I thought it was a typo error for the noun panuntukan. Read that it's a word coined for the FMA technique. Suntukan in Filipino literally means 'punching' and wouldn't emphasize the technique. Locals sometimes say, 'Suntukan na lang tayo' when provoking the other side, though they probably won't literally be punching the other & are just saying 'let's fight'. Pangamot is the Visayan term, though hearing the same word thinking it's a Filipino noun at first sounded like 'healing' from the verb 'panggagamot'. Terms can be a little confusing for the first timer, but they're fun trivia all in all.

Dropping eyes a problem? I had a worse one. I’d close my eyes. I thought I had a jab that was so fast I couldn’t even see my hands move: until I filmed it. I went from Bruce Lee to pee Wee Herman instantly.
