@capitalplumbing Is it normal for steam to keep coming out of the HWS for up to 35-40 mins after we have stopped using the hot water? I’m based in Melbourne and seeing that happening for longer in winter. Thanks
With this valve it is just a matter of running for a few seconds to confirm the valve is not seized and can work when needed for the the normal operation of the hot water unit. The lifting of it does nothing else but confirm it works correctly. I hope that helps

mine got change ! cos rust was comming out one of those vales >why is that??
