Yeah, Elice is really underappreciated, I feel - she's almost certainly the most-forgotten sibling of a lord. And yet she's probably my favorite Shadow Dragon character.

Yeah, FE: Shadow Dragon has Marth really angst over leaving behind Elice. In the original game, she told Marth to go on ahead and she'd join him later, but actually her plan all along was to stay with her country. But we don't get to see her very much after that, which I feel like was somewhat of a missed opportunity, which is why I was definitely sure I wanted to include her here.

The voices sound robotic because that's how UTAUs sound. Specially when the voicebanks are made out of chopped up words and syllables instead of phoneme recordings.
That's a fair critique - most UTAU voicebanks aren't recorded at such a high pitch, so when you force them to sing up there, you're changing the sound so much that the robotic nature of it becomes more prominent. These are all notes that are in their original songs, so it's not as though they're outside the human range; it's just that that's not where they're recorded at. That's something I can improve on in the future, since I wrote out the whole arrangement before considering the UTAUs' voice ranges. As for Camilla... I mean, why any of the other three, either? For all four of them, I was listening to a song and thought, "you know, this song would fit with XYZ character if we changed up the lyrics a little bit." Camilla and the song Lucky was one of them.
