At first when I heard the two dancers singing dancing queen with those lyrics, I thought nothing would be able to top it. But then no, ofc, it had to be super mario odyssey that takes the cake. XDDD Nino's "green tome girl" had me in stitches.
That song really gave me a strong positive side of the game. I'm glad I heard this. I was so mad at the game all the time that I had forgotten this was meant to be a fun game. It reminded me that it had helped me through my anxiety and depression in my awful days of playing a mobile game and even laugh at my own mistakes (and unwanted three stars) to learn from it. Surprisingly, it has made me enjoy it a little more after hearing this song and make me want to play it more as a F2P player. So all I can say is, thank you.
That's definitely what I was going for. I wrote the first draft before I started getting mad at the game, too (especially the recent characters and how they are forcibly better than the older characters), but I tried not to let that get in the way of putting this up and trying to keep a positive vibe about it all anyway.
It's certainly doable and worthwhile. He has a 33/32 offensive spread, which is not bad by any means. With a Spd refined weapon, +spd IV, and Fury, he'll hit a competitive 41 spd. Legion, S!Chrom, and S!Alfonse may outdo him, but have limited availability, and are nearly impossible to +10 merge. His main competition comes from Raven, who has 34/35 offensive spread and a legendary weapon that refines to L&D3. However, this is a bit of a tradeoff, as Raven has 10 less physical bulk, or 15 after L&D!Basilikos. This makes Barst a less min-maxed version of Raven. Alternatively, he could be considered the game's best speedy green infantry tank. He certainly has his uses. As for builds, one could go with a generic Slaying Axe, Fury, and Desperation as an offensive unit. Of course, this build begs the question of Why Aren't You Using Raven? Alternatively, you could run an enemy phase set with Steady Breath, it's cheaper brother Steady Stance, or it's cheaper cousin Fortress Defense, alongside Quick Riposte.
Back when I started Fire Emblem Heroes when the game first came out, Barst was my first Silver Star hero. He was basically my ace for the entirety of book 1. Now he is just sitting there, resting on his laurels. But I still pay him my respects because I know he got me through a lot of tough fights back then.

Listening to this after Barst's refine hits differently. He's an honestly good unit to build now. Sure, he's not beating the top-class units like Valentines Alm or Dieck but double Wrath is SCARY.
Ah how simple these times were back then… no insane powercreep and absurd challenges beyond the scale of insanity and skill texts that require degrees to comprehend. Just. Some straightforward enjoyable gameplay with simple yet endearing Gen 1 units. This fansong encapsulates those feelings too well. Thank you for making this. I don’t play this game anymore, the joy and magic that pulled me into FEH became lost to me forever since that monster called Fallen Edelgard came out. Rarely I peak at how FEH is doing at some of the recent banners and game mechanics, and suffice to say I saved a lot of sanity by quitting before the powercreep accelerated

Oh my god the Jump up Superstar part made me almost cry because its not just referencing that I won't be playing Odyssey in a while since I 100% completed the game and the fact that I have all the characters (except for Mist) at either 4*s or 5*s singing that it doesn't matter who's good and whatnot and to just enjoy using the Heroes you love its AMAZING! God this song should get more recognition at least in the FE Heroes community.
Also this song is so perfect timing because I just 5 stared an Atk+ - Res Saizo and if you didn't know Saizo is one of my favorite FE Fates characters so this'll be fun using him. Oh Barst is my og axe weilder in this game tbh I should 5 star him too. I remember he was my first green unit summoned when the game came out and I remember him carrying me through the story lol

I discovered "Tie a Yellow Ribbon Round the Ole Oak Tree" thanks to this video, probably heard it before but never knew its name till now. It's amazing how you not only made a medley out of such _unrelated_ songs and were able to make a Fire Emblem parody of all things out of it. 10/10 would listen to again and again.

Same difference man. Magic is a weapon with an attack range of 2, and so does a bow. I'm using a team of 3 5 star heroes (that I summoned at the start of the game!) and a 4 star that I made into a 5 star, all neutral in color.
