Fantastic video once again ❤
Thank you! This development is fantastic!
Even your quick tours are brilliant; I love your humour as you walk around and you notice all that is important 😁
I love the different styles of Redrow houses I wish they would build some in Cornwall.
We live in a 19 year old Redrow house we want to upgrade to a new redrow we love the open plan living so our favourite house type is the Henley the kitchen dining living area is fantastic the icing on the cake would be adding the conservatory. The Harrogate has a very good layout the only issue is the master ensuite does not have a window. Love the lifestyle houses as there is just the two of us and our fur baby Gizmo. Just need Redrow to build new houses in Milton Keynes❤
I do love the big bay windows they put in their homes and also I would love a larder like that and a double fridge and freezer well that would be a dream!
Missed the live but watched on replay. Xxx
Loved it as always!! I loved the kitchen, I really like the dark units with the white work tops, it looked stunning. Glad to see Maureen featured again, hope the bath water hasn't gone cold🤣 looking forward to the next tour soon x
I LOVE the layout of The Henley… and the kitchen is BEAUTIFUL 💛💛💛
But I LOVE the Richmond too!!
Hi both, love you two, nobody does it like you two xx
You guys are amazing
Excellent catch-up watch.
I love the Redrow bay windows...
no bidet :( I'm seriously considering a rainfall shower in my bungalow...
and one does not reside in a Redrow and drink in a 'spoons!
Oh it's AMAZING! We didn't get a chance to look inside the Henley when we visted Ash Holt. It truly is a stunning property!
I love you two 🥰 I loved this live! It would be amazing if you could visit some show homes in the Midlands. Thank you for this fantastic live 😊
Hi Charlotte we have 5 Redrow tours from Priorslee Telford at the very beginning of our Redrow playlist. 😁
@@ElliotNMatt Hi Elliott & Matt, I hope you are both well. Thank you for letting me know! I love watching your house renovation vlogs, your house is looking amazing. Have a lovely weekend 😊
1st house is my favourite 😻
I’m glad Maureen featured again , stunning homes as usual
Hi Elliot and Matt you guys are wonderful. I love how you describe everything. You guys make everything fun.love you guys ❤️❤️❤️
Great tour. I loved reading the chat on catch up.
Glad you enjoyed it
Love this one.
Glad you like it!
Good morning lovely couple,
Oh yes the too houses are very super wonderful. I like very the larder in the kitchen in the UK. We dont have this in germany.
Have a nice sunday you too good boys.
Love and greetings from germany Monika 🥰❤ 🥰❤
Its a rainy day in germany, but you bring a smile on my face. 😃🙏🙏
You need and deserve LOADS MORE subscribers. 😍
Hi from Ireland 🇮🇪
Love redrowhomes there the best bay windows and fireplace xx☘☘☘☘☘☘☘☘☘☘
Loved the Richmond combined kitchen, dining and living room areas. I would go for the electric fireplace and NO tv in the front room. Both homes have their own personalities. Lovelier and lovely.
Could we please have an update on the bin situation? Many thanks, Dale & Bovis
Redrow definitely have the best looking houses
Two beautiful homes think the sitting room in the first, and principle bedroom in the second. Could l ask one thing could the beautiful Matt have a microphone he sounds like you've locked him in a garage with Maureen.
Wow six show home houses in a row , cool 😎
Have to do this but shout out to Maureen, she is in every house tour xxx
Great video yet again loverly homes…
Hi elliot & matt really love your house tours
We live in a redrow home its a 3 bed based on an original 4 bed
As you say they are beautiful &, I may be biased but I think they're the best builder ,they think of everything
Loved the kitchen - but I would have the dining room table in the kitchen and have the dinning room as a fab snug
Very nice ground floor layout.
Hello you lovely pair, beautiful home x
👍 My first time here - Super helpful video... you have a nice voice. I know you said The Harrogate Style is your both first favourite house from Redrow... wondering which is your second best for you? 🏡👌
Adam at the sales office is so incredibly hostile, sarcastic & rude. He completely put my husband and I off buying.
Hello from John D love your videos!
Glad you like them!
Sorry I missed this live
Love the Landing!
Loves!!
What I would like redrow to do is a Richmond lifestyle, and why oh why are they not building in surrey, Sussex area!
Fab as usual. The front sitting rooms with the bay windows are a great place to put a table for games…. Reading, scribing etc: it would be a shame to put a tv in there…. Due to the lounge areas with the dining and kitchens….interior decoration and furnishings highlights the beauty of the build. Wowee 😱🎈
you've just answered my question about the fireplaces thanks ❤
Glad to have helped. 😄
You two are looking very handsome today. Enjoy every video you do.
I absolutely Love you two........personally i love the quicker tours....but that comes with a major drawback.........less time watching you both.
Elliot you are a little minx.... especially fooling around with the exercise ball.....keep up the great Vids Boys
Beautiful decor ! No matter how hard I try to make my home like a show home I never quite manage it lol ! But some lovely ideas to catch on to. Anyway I guess a home is for living in, not be a show home. That's my excuse guys ! x
You cannot drive into garage?
They should do proper Garage entrance!
Great vlog. We need for Maureen to get her life together
Absolutely love your your home tours. It would be great if you could get the paint colours used, too.
Come down to Felixstowe in Suffolk. There are lots of new homes to review
Very nice
Sorry Guys my bad I didn’t see full video n put on my question. But you ppl r awesome I got the answer 😃
Dear Matt! please show us some property in Colchester and Huddersfield as well.
We would love to tour homes further up north. 😁
Thank you both for the house tours 😃❤
Lovely home
Lovely homes 🏡
Good to see Redrow got that time machine working. Welcome to 1940!
I like the first one very much 👌
But I was wondering why these houses never have centralised ventilation ?
In my country we have the extraction motor unit in the attic.
Love your videos as always, thank you.
Love the tours- thanks! I am American and the way these homes are planned is so different. I notice all the doors that close off/separate the downstairs rooms. In the US, living spaces are not separated in this way. Why have the doors separate all the living spaces? Why not have a larger opening w/o the door to help the downstairs space feel more open?
Heat mainly. It’s gets really quite cold so being able to close the doors keeps the heat in rooms! Especially now with the rising gas prices!
@@mattw5364 thanks so much! That makes so much sense. I also happen to live in Austin, Texas, where winter is not really a thing so much as summer- hello, 60 + days of above 37 degrees C a year - I really love the way the back garden doors open so wide, too! Would love to put that on my house. Thanks again- love you guys!
Great video! Please do more live streams. Only one thing to note, it was a bit difficult to hear Matt talking when the camera wasn’t pointed directly at him. Otherwise loved it! ❤️
With pre recorded I’m able to adjust the volume. With Lives I can’t. We do have a very expensive microphone set but it doesn’t work with this camera! Will be sorting it out soon!
@@ElliotNMatt there are always kinks to be worked out. It’s a process. Throughly enjoyed the live format! Your tours are fabulous!
May I ask: Is there an option of not having the fire place in the lounge? I am a fan of Movies and would like to my TV there.
Will you be doing a full tour of The Scrivener by Bellway?
Welwyn is pronounced Well-in and is a corruption of the old English Welig for Willow. I live in Welwyn Garden City
I hate the subdivision. The homes look nice but the layout of the some homes have a drive and some don’t I just don’t get. Got back to long streets.
Hello elliot und matt,
I have a question: what is in the price including ? The kitchen ? Can people by the showhomes including the furnishing, curtains,
Lamps and mirros ?
Greetings Monika 🤗🤗❤❤🏡🏠🏘
I assume the lawn goes to street as well?
Yes all drives and streets are returned when the show homes are sold.
@@ElliotNMatt I bought a new build 20 years ago US and I am familiar with the drives at the show homes being blocked but not the street. I just can’t wrap my head around the layout of the road, some of those had garage in front and some didn’t. Usually there are only 2-3 show homes in a development. We drove 30 minutes to see the plan we chose as a model at a different development. Not so many models in one place. I’m big on boundaries knowing where you neighbor or the town is and what is your own part of the property. Also the gardens drive me nuts. I want to see what the real footprint looks like. It also seems wasteful to unplant what was planted. Not your fault of course. I will say your homes are way cuter than ours in the Midwest. House envy. I have watched others videos just driving around a new subdivision and what is with all the culdesacks and most windows have the oddest views after the development done. What is there against rows of homes? We drive everywhere and it just seems too mazelike. Is parking a headache? Is it an environmental reason like to avoid flooding that the homes are not in rows?
What do they do with all the plants that they need to take out when putting in the driveway?
Like the high letterbox. Feel guilty that when we changed our front door, we choose to have a low letterbox so unfortunately our lovely postman has to bend down. Sorry!
Can you buy the show home with the furniture?
Wow wow wow
We bought a red row home in Leicester and it has been ok right up to the point we decided to change our shower cubical in our en-suite which involved changing the tiles, shower tray, shower door and the shower unit itself. On removing the tiles (after living in the house for just 4 years) there was so much damp that there was mould present. Our plumber had to remove a large amount of the wall and replace it. The cubicle panels were simply not water proofed behind the tiles so suffered damage by the moisture. This was just the tip of the ice berg and has cost us thousands. Without going on about it and war and peace I will simply say this as red row simply are NOT interested. Redrow: budget materials, bodge it workmanship, premium prices. I wish we had never bought a new build premium home 😟😪😪😞😞😞😞😞 don't do it. Our neighbours are having similar problems.
