Wow, Now you're talkin'! This is luxury. nearly a half million for that home. It is gorgeous, my fave so far. Only thing missing is a double sink in master bath. Nicely shaped rooms, spacious and roomy. Kitchen area with family room is spectacular!
This house is just lovely. I absolutely adore the kitchen, the space is fabulous, which is unusual for the UK too most of the time, as kitchens and bathrooms always seem to feel like an "after thought". Love it 😍
Hi from Georgina (UK) I would have put pocket doors in the kitchen sitting room area to close it into a cosy space in the winter? Also it would have been useful to have a door from the property into the garage.

This one is the closest yet to a new build in Canada, as far as layout goes. Main differences are the superfluous doors to the living room and kitchen (these would just be open) and the source of heating (we generally have basements with a furnace for forced air) The only thing that drives me bonkers is the lack of storage in the bathrooms, and no counter space to put anything down. Houses here will have a vanity cabinet in every bathroom and master bathrooms often have two sinks. This house is very nice!
They recently started building “built in wardrobe” in the UK which is just a closet (took you long enough sheesh!) now it’s time to add in a countertop+cabinets in every bathroom and two sinks as an option (this has been the standard in North American houses since around 1940’s and up! I can’t believe they haven’t thought of this yet. Americans have UK beat on storage space and options. Lastly they should add central heating as it’s very efficient compared to the usual radiators in every room in the UK.
"Flooring is not included with the house". OH, so are we supposed to suspend ourselves from ceiling if we should decide to opt out on the flooring? "DAHling!!! Thank you ver so much for stopping by!!! Be a dear and mind the ceilings as you float around our new apartment. Bless you, bless you!!!" lol!!!! {Yes, I knew you meant the flooring decor is not included in the price, but I just couldn't resist....;)).
Well presented video guys, you did a great job, thank you. I love the retro 1930s style. I looked around the developement in Shifnal in 2017 the only thing I thought let the houses down was the rear of the property, windows etc.. were not as grand as the front.
Thanks for watching! As we were not able to go into the garden and look back on the house it was difficult for us to comment on its rear aesthetic. We loved the layout though and the 1930s vibe!
Elliott and Matt thanks for the house tour. Beautiful home loved the layout. Please slow down with turning dizziness. I had to stop watch feeling light headedness
Another winner... what's not to like! The Henley and The Oxford are my picks... I know you may not need all the space, but in the UK do buyers ever think of resale in the future - as home increase in value... in Australia, I'm in Sydney... house prices are going through the roof! 🏰
Great video, guys. Personal preference of mine would to only have a television in the 2nd sitting room and not in the living room that's at the front of the house. Textured tiling/wall coverings in shower rooms would be hell to keep clean.
yep. this is the one I love. separate laundry, beautiful kitchen, formal living room, and tv/living room off the kitchen. master bedroom, nice guest room, and hobby/office. don't know on the fourth bedroom........storage?
Lovely home tour guys!!! Why are we not getting a bath and separate shower for the master bed room ???? That shower was massive ... I don’t think you need that much space.. a mirrored medicine cupboard and more storage in a bathroom .. Please pass this onto the developers... we need space for our lotions and potions in a bathroom !!
Never like walking into a living room and the feature wall is the TV. Would rather that have the sofa, nice artwork, end tables, upholstered coffee table etc. Very nice house. Elliot I can see you now, swanning down that lovely staircase in your ball gown to meet your audience ( I mean guests)

Hi, this is a show home and currently forms part of the marketing suite. The developer will return the driveway once this particular plot has been sold.
Nice properties and cheap for the price, as a Spanish estate agent for 31 years these must be like selling candy to kids. the only quirks I would make is the workspace is the kitchen is not on the large size taking into account the dining room table and the people it sits, you would find it difficult making meals in that kitchen for that many people and the lack of room in the bathrooms for storage as there is only one small cabinet with a draw underneath and heated towel rails. It seem's as though these properties have been drawn up design wise from properties going back some years and older properties had airing cupboards on the landings for plenty of storage. Do the garages have automatic up and over doors operable from inside the car when arriving?.
