Lovely house! I always like it when Redrow put a fireplace in the living room and this is a particularly nice one, I also like the shelving instead of a breakfast bar - somewhere to keep the cookery books etc. I can see why you like it so much 👍

I really loved the proportions of the ground and the top floor, including the bonus ensuite and a double fridge, finally! Not just a single fridge for a large family home like other new builds! A little expensive ? Close to half a million!! For a house ??? The world has gone mental. Houses like this are build for one reason alone, so banks can get richer and make more money off the backs of hard working people through interest.

This is the first open plan design that I love. I cook A LOT and always prefer having the kitchen closed off. But this design....love
