The best thing which impresses me about Dr Ankita is that she focuses more on fundamentals and simultaneously starts with main part of treatment. Surprisingly till date no other physiotherapist ever made any reference to point out basic faults which most of us commit while breathing during exercise.

@@Tradingwithtrend857 We mean Nahi koi nuksaan nahi hai. Aap pure din deep breathing kar sakte hai. Deep breathing exercises naturally Hume relax rkhti hai, calm rakhti hai.

@@shivanikulthe9944 Right Breathing is not gender based. We all can have a correct breathing pattern which is Diaphragmatic breathing or Abdominal breathing. Thoracic breathing is more seen in females as compared to males unfortunately.
