    Confusion in Ujjayi pranayam: you said we breathe out through mouth like we are fogging a glass. But I didn’t see you opening your mouth to breathe out when we were doing Ujjayi

      Hi Chitra, the fogging the glass example is just for you to understand the constriction in the throat that needs to be there during Ujjayi. During the actual practice, you just inhale and exhale through the nose maintaining that constriction.
