Hi Bharti I really liked this series, she had a change in the poses of pigeons with her hands up and I found that I had something to do, + the new element wau surprised me how beautiful and effective it is ... today I enjoyed it with you thank you
Wow! Some of these asanas were very challenging! Thank you for helping us push our limits! It is amazing how flexible you are! At what age did you start yoga, Bharti? And my second question: what is the meaning of shantihi? Thanks a million!
Hi Deborah, yes I am trying to incorporate slightly challenging asanas as we move along the journey. Don't worry if you are not able to do them fully yet. It will come with practice :). I actually started yoga at a very young age as my mom used to do it and teach me. So I guess the flexibility came from there. Shanti means Peace - Saying it 3 times refers to peace for mind, body and soul. :)
Awesome Bharti. First time in my life I could do the halasana wth toes touching the floor. Great stretching asanas. Feeling relaxed and energized 🙏🏻😊

i wish this had more of a warmup because i felt like i was thrown into doing challenging poses and i quit halfway through bc i was frustrated.
