My uncle, way back in the 70's, aquired ten cases of MRE's from both the Korean war and WWII...the cans and packets were all military green, and each came with a Hershey chocolate bar, matches, and a small pack of Marlboro cigarettes with six smokes each...those were US MRE's from the Korean war....WWII MRE's had all of the above but also included a small packet of hose for the ladies! 😃
