Outdoor area is a tremendous feature as land cannot be expanded. Appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts. Mind if I ask, are you a current Las Vegas resident or looking to relocate?
@@JBRE i am from Germany. Relocation is planned in the future. Love the Vegas Area. It is definetly an Option. Friends live in Summerlin and Henderson. My wifes mindset is not ready yet 😁.

Overall a nice one. Love the huge open living space and the gorgeous Outdoor Area. I would just do a remodel on the flooring.

Why don’t more house have 2 closets In the master bedroom, for me and my wife that’s a must, love the house and the price is good 👍
@silverbacken4mine807 depends on the builder/floor plan utilizing/maximizing space
Water heater. If one has hot water, there would be no need to heat it.
If all the water was hot, we would need water coolers correct 😁
Stylistically feels 2001 more than it does 2021. Though I can't say i dislike it.

We appreciate you engaging with us. I may be biased, I love living in Las Vegas. It’s so much more than The Strip.
They must have left out a zero, 4000k for over priced and over taxed , unless you have the state sending you very large checks each month.
@slinger4609 $1.3M was the list price
I was implying the CA comment.
That’s what I was thinking. Appreciate you having my back 👊🏼
Nice house. Is it a private seller or Janky Richmond 💩Homes?
