Great looking home. I can overlook the home's interior with the spacious yard and great looking landscaping. The home's interior would need some love for sure. Shame I don't have 2.7mil laying around.

Great house. Great Tour, a lot of potential in the backyard and in the home would definitely raise all the floors to level, I can't do steps but it's in a great area and gated plus an empty lot next door could be an investment in the future.

When you get a sense of what its like to move between rooms and floors, it gives you a better idea if its a good fit for you and your family.
There is public sewer all around the area in different communities. Could you run public sewer, likely unless there’s some sort of regulation preventing it if there’s already septic in place or if the location of other communities and public ways would prohibit the running of said lines. Would it cost a lot, yes.
@@daidavies6210 the lot is not actively for sale. Owner by the original owners purchased in 2008. No, you cannot opt out of an HOA. Lot's of the properties without an HOA if you are interested.
