Let's face it, work is the last thing you want in the back of your mind after welcoming a newcomer into your family. That's why we offer 8 weeks of paid parental leave to staff following the birth or adoption of a child.
We hope by offering this paid time off, it will give our staff the peace and freedom of mind to settle in and adjust to life with a new little one!
