Should be titled “A house isn’t a home without a Wilson”
A Father tells his Son: “A house isn’t a home without a will son”
Without Wilson's*
😂😂
@@beastmasterbg xD
Or ‘ Give A House A Home. ‘
They’re literally like an old married couple
Georgie 😂 😂 Did he just ask whats for dinner.... Kill him Wilson 😂 😂
Agreed 👌😏
They are
That's why I love them so much!
no lol, in a previous scene of that episode house put wilsons hand in a bowl of warm water while he slept
Oddly those 2 are the longest relationship either one of them has had
The healthiest too
The best too
The friends until death did them part
That's not odd with a close friend...through the best and worst of times...through relationships even...friendships can last forever ♡
bros over hoes, buddy
and they were roommates!
*oh my god they were roommates...*
Pixeliza butseks
why god why?
Now thats EPIC!
lolz. nice. i saw that on vines also
Ik #putmetoyourear
I just love House's smirk. It's like "yes, my student has finally learned!"
"I raised that boy."
Please tell me where is that. When?
@@rutejack It's right after House's cane breaks and Wilson tells him someone must filed half-way through it while he was sleeping.
Hahahhahaahha.. - exactly!
I think it's a mix of that and the mutual understanding that - after the conversation the day/night before - Wilson is starting to break out of the funk he's been in. He's coming to terms with it being a divorce, not just a fight.
Guy with a cane fell...nobody around offered to help. Everyone in the hospital knew House and his antics 😂 and probably thinking Cuddy only kept him because they were "friends" lmao
I bet working at that hospital is a weird time
Everyone also knows that he is one of best doctors in the country
And them being "friends" turned out to be 80% delusions.
The main reason why she kept him around is because as much as she didn't want to admit it, his methods were effective.
And she probably felt somewhat responsible for his leg. So, guilt.
@@philistine3260 in the world
@@insaynt9924 No? Cuddy and House were very close.
An underrated moment: at 7:21, they put their feet up on the table in sync.
This happens several times in the series and it always makes me laugh
It’s my favorite part
They did that when lighting up cigars in Wilson’s office too
Actually it is quite simple. House did not want Wilson to move out... But to move on =)
😏
Xanathos But he still wanted him to stay
I thought it was of what he said "You get a house, The divorce happens"meaning the ex wife just wants money
@Pablo Torres pretty sure that's what he meant.
@Pablo Torres well shit my bad its just woman are known to do that
I love how Houses expression changes from 6:43-6:53 he starts off looking confused and annoyed by Wilson, but then as Wilson walks away you can see he is smiling while trying to hide his facial expression, thinking to himself “I taught him well”
But that smile, that damned smile I swear it was a "panty peeler" iykwim
7:37 If you dont understand this scene, House put Wilsons hand in warm water during the night whilst he was sleeping on the couch, leading to him 'wetting the bed'.
Thank you. i was so lost
I like how he didn’t just move over though haha, he still wanted to sit near Wilson so he just put a pillow under himself so he could stay near him 🥺
It’s wholesome
Done this multiple times as college prank !!
@@swetashetty941 does it work?
@@geral096 it does.
I wish they would've lived together longer. Hilarious

It would've been more funnier.
@@cazabrow1967 wasn't that when Wilson had cancer?
"Everything sucks, might aswell find something to smile about"
Honest words to live by...
But then you’ll be in constant fear of losing what does make u happy
Well, nothing last forever. Might as well enjoy it while you can 😊😉
Vic is the answer for House😂
lol I’ve always loved the episodes of House and Wilson the most, brings laughs and smiles. What’s weird is that at the beginning of this episode I did start to think that House was making Wilson miserable for no reason which I thought was unlike him but then when Wilson began doing the dishes and House rolled his eyes I realized House wanted Wilson to prank House, House wanted to provoke him.
I don't think it even had to be a prank. House just wanted Wilson not to roll over and take it. He wanted some sign of a fighting spirit still in there.
I think it’s that but also House wanted Wilson to move on. If he can get Wilson to leave and find his own place, that means Wilson will have to get a divorce. Staying with House just lets him cool off and have time to go back which is something House didn’t want.
Mgnmgfm Oooo kk your your
@@ft.jackjimmy7282 Which wouldn’t make any sense since House deliberately interfered with Wilson getting a new place
@@VideoGuy232 because he only started looking for a new place after House told him to. House wanted Wilson to make the decision for himself, not just because it's what somebody else wanted. House knows Wilson is destructively selfless, he was pushing him to make his own call for the sake of his own happiness instead of making decisions beholden to somebody else's.
House still wants to sit right next to Wilson when he knows the piss is there- just uses his pillow under him as a guard... Perfectly sums their relationship up lol
I’m pretty sure that pillow is the one wilson uses to sleep
i seriously thought Wilson was jerking off at the seat, if he pissed on it, he wouldnt sit next it.
"House and Wilson being roomies should be a sitcom premise..." it really should
Laorin Filet that was literally Cuddy’s nightmare in a later episode. There’s a clip on UA-cam about when Cuddy had cancer. It’s shown in the end of that.
The odd couple
I want a one off sequel showing Wilson's last months. No medical patients, necessarily. Just them two.
That's already called the odd couple.
House wilson and cuddy's daughter as a two and a half men. I loved that episode
at 6:52, that was one of the few times I ever saw House genuinely smile.
Imitation is the greatest flattery!
i replayed that moment at least 69 times
@@nandinii. Nice
@@PRubin-rh4sridentity theft is not a joke, Rubin!
The only times he smiles or laughs Are with Wilson :)
6:56 You can tell by the audio of the TV that Wilson was watching Vertigo, and by the posters he has in his office you can tell that that’s probably one of his favourite movies. I love these details in the series, they add depth to the characters and make them more enjoyable to follow.
i was wondering what was playing, thanks!
When House smiles after breaking his cane... Priceless!!
Cause it’s exactly like something he’d do to someone else. lol
Wilson's calm demeanor whenever he does anything or whenever something happens to him is so hilarious like when house made a garage door connecting both their offices in the hospital
" no..."
Holmes, House, Watson, Wilson...Vicodin instead of cocaine, living at 221B...pretty obvious.
mark merzweiler I thought I was the only one who noticed. Bloody brilliant.
It’s openly stated that House and Wilson are based off Holmes and Watson. House the character and House the show are both more or less reimaginings of Sherlock Holmes.
Did holmes like cocaine?
It's meant to be.
@@WafflesNPotholes And the basis of Holmes was an Edinburgh doctor who taught Conan Doyle. Many of the things Homes could do on sight--deduce a man's profession--this doctor could do, too.
1:44 I never noticed that the number of the house....was 221, just like 221b on Sherlock H.
holy shit. thats some delightful allusion one can be informed of. brilliant!
ismaelthan
The whole series is loosely based on sherlock Holmes. I thought that was common knowledge. Look it up. It's true.
if you look at the door when Wilson fetches the stethoscope off the handle you'll see the apartment is B
House is loosely based on Sherlock Holmes, so that's why.
Also the name of Greggory House is based off of Greg Lestrade also from Sherlock,
I love it when House smiles it's so pure
"I was waiting for hours!"
"I need a lot of foreplay"
Same, house, same
Just too much culture in one place
The pure love these two have for each other is just awesome.
Wilson’s reaction at 3:14 is one of the main reasons I watch this on repeat 🤣
I still have the biggest crush on Wilson
Me too!!!! I’m a sucker for those big brown eyes! 😍😍
Omg. Yes and yes. He just shouldn’t be that pretty.
So does house
Same 😭😭😭
"Have you seen the center fold ? There's no way those valves are real !"
Gets me everytime.
”For a midnight snack you made... a pot roast?”
i think house wanted wilson to move on and start standing up for himself cause he was too nice and always ended up hurt
“Do you know where my pee went?”
“You’re missing some?”
7:20 When you're doing shit like that with a friend, you know you're bros for life.
And then they became roommates again in season 6 hehe.
I thought they really regretted living together and they would never do it again but it seems like it wasn’t that bad after all
It's to reaffirm there Watson and Holmes parallel.
I like how House tries to teach Wilson that maturity also implies to face things and stand up for himself
That smile at 6:50 .I'm in love.
Can't decide...am I in love with Wilson because he's the nicest man ..or house because he's wicked !!
they are a lot more alike then ppl realize at face value Wilson seems like boy scout and House crazy borderline wicked but dig deeper and ya find out nah.
"as long as you're here it's just a fight, as soon as you get a place then it's a divorce" House tries to save Wilson's merriage, in his own way
Nope. Wasn't trying to save the marriage. House and Wilson's wife hated each other. Then she was cheating on wilson. House wants him to get divorced. He is saying that while Wilson is just sitting here doing nothing it's just a fight. He wants Wilson to stay with him.. He loves having Wilson there wants to create a kind of college roommate's vibes.
@@melissacraig4839 More like he wanted Wilson to get smart with divorce rather than him being happy to give his ex wife everything even when she was the cheater
@@marcelalopez9053 Did you mean to tag the original commenter? I know why house did what he did. The op was the one confused hun.
Ye him and Wilson’s marriage
He wasn't trying to save his marriage, he was trying to get him to accept it was over.
This entire episode highlighted the fact that the series writers and creators also established the "married bros" dynamic.
Wilson's reaction at 3:14 is amazing.
Omg it’s like their married.

Yeah, I fucking love it lol. Wilson's like "No, no, no, no. I did NOT just wait 3 hours so you can masturbate."
That's probably my favorite reaction shot in anything ever. It's amazing.
Was it lupus that killed you?
I really enjoy this dynamic. Two people that are friends by sheer luck, always bickering at each other and a ton of unresolved tension
I'm dying of because Wilson filled his cane! That sounds bad but House deserves it but House smiled too hahahahhaha love Wilson
I love that nobody goes the help House when he falls over. Such a small little character moment.
"You're miserable and you're lonely and you're gonna trap me here"
1:27 Am I the only one hoping Wilson was gonna say "thats breast milk" or something?
Wilson filing through the cane good one.
I'd kill for a friendship this strong.
2:45 always makes me laugh😂so cute! God I love them so much...
That ending, flawless victory.
For those who seemed shocked by the similarities: Series creator David Shore has said in an interview that Gregory House's character is partly inspired by Sherlock Holmes.[1] The name "House" is a play on "Holmes" (with English pronunciation, a homophone for "homes") Both lived on Baker street. Holmes was addicted to morphine and House is addicted to Vicodin. Their best friends were also similar Watson/Wilson. I have always loved both and noticed this in 2010, then I read the interview with David Shore and my suspicions were confirmed. It was meant to be similar.
I wanna give house a hug when he falls on the floor : ( But then he opens his mouth and I realize he's ok
I love it when Wilson gets a win!
I think what made this work is the fact that they are good friends in real life as well.
The music was always on point on this show... a good song is like a good actor
Can you kindly help me in finding out the name of the song in this clip, please? My Shazam lost this battle. Much obliged...
Edit: nvm, it's "Pain in My Heart" by Otis Redding :-D

3:15 WILSONS FACE OMG
BTW, the movie Wilson is watching at 6:52 is Vertigo. He also has a poster of the movie hanging on the wall of his office.
Does anyone actually have a friend like wilson that you can berate, belittle, insult, mock and manipulate to just have them walk away with a "good night".
god i need a wilson
Wilson ! Lol 😂 Tom Hanks voice 😂
Yeah, just watch out for the payback!
I do have a brother. Does that count?
7:03 I was expecting him to break an egg on Wilson's head or something.
They are acting like a married couple and Wilson is surprise when the neighbors thought they were gay
The expression at 3:14 is a great example of why I love Robert Sean Leonard.
So, where do I get my WIlson?
The taped up cane! Doctors!
I never noticed that Wilson is watching Vertigo at the end.
That move at the end. Sitting on the pillow. I never caught that at all watching the show. That dynamic goes levels and is acted so well.
I want a friend like Wilson. I want him to look at me the way he looks at House...
Wilson is probably the only one person who wouldn't leave after all this.
I love it when House and Wilson lived together!😂😂
I wish i had a best friend like Wilson.
6:35 House: what just happened
6:51 House: CLEVER WILSON
6:52 awwwwweee
It’s really quite touching
A blink-and-you-miss-it moment. House is clearly proud of Wilson.
At 6:52 House became a proud parent/nearly gay lover
.
How a gay lover?
I love all the scenes between House and Wilson, especially at the hospital.
Stupid question: They are doctors, why can't they install a dishwasher?
They live in apartments, they might not be allowed to make that kind of renovation
Fun fact:
The movie that Wilson and House are watching at the end is Vertigo.
Woah i just realised
Only James Wilson to have waited outside for so long; I know that he never liked to hear it, but the truth is, he was a huge doorknob; who else to put up with some serious crap that Greg House makes?
IronMan93 The new normal
Do you mean "doormat?"
House/Holmes, Wilson/Watson, vicodin/opium and of course the flat name.
Kiiiinda obvious my guys.
Nothing new about the concept.
I love that these doctors who make more than most of us can fathom live in fairly "Meh" apartments, and drive crappy vehicles.
Plus they are not private so not as huge an amount and also you seen the amount of expensive stuff house owns and or buys he legit left his door open with no fear of losing stuff just to get rid of a dog am pretty sure his cash flow is fine he just wants a small open apartment for his leg
...I always thought their apartment was pretty nice.
Without a dishwasher..

6:46 GOTEEM!!!😂😂
Do you have the episode where House and Wilson keep chickens in their offices as a bet? That was awesome.
last temptation, season 7 episode 19, i remember it because it was a masters centric episode
His house being 221 seems like a reference to Sherlock Holmes, just me?
House MD is heavily inspired by Sherlock Holmes. Both are insane geniuses, drug addicts, high functioning sociopaths. House solves cases as if they were puzzles. If you notice 1:57, his apartment actually is 221 B which is exactly the address of Sherlock 221 B Baker's street.
Excellent insight thank you!
@@rorycullen4114 Not to mention the fact that Sherlock Holmes is actually based on a doctor that Arthur Conan Doyle knew. The guy could look at someone on the street and deduce their job and background, based on several minute details.
This was expanded and embellished into the Sherlock Holmes character. With House taking it back to the real life origins of the character.
@@weebjeez ahhh I need information like this, thank you for informing the lovely people on UA-cam! The formula of an eclectic genius and his mild mannered sidekick is one as old as time itself. Still think I prefer Wilson to John Watson tho!
