the funny thing is, is that the newspaper wasn't used for the cutout, since the letters are colored, not black and off white.

I don't know why, but the funniest part to me was that Wilson's cut newspaper was obviously not the one he cut the letters out of - he just cut random squares out of a newspaper's front page _solely to make the joke._

Sorry to bother after two years, but: can whatever that part is be simply reinstalled?
I am not musically inclined. I only know the basic about guitars: you pluck/strum the strings to make notes, and you adjust the pegs to tighten/loosen the strings to tune it. (I chose physics for my college science credits while at a collegiate high school, while everyone else did chemistry - so, I’m familiar with the math.)
@@PokeMageTechit’s a tremelo arm with the bridge and yes it can be reinstalled. Most likely wilson used another guitar’s bridge with the same colour to blackmail house because a $12,000 vintage guitar will not get that treatment.

Yeah since that's kinda the point, since the show's dynamic is based on Sherlock Holmes and Watson, and Watson was very much a genius in his own right.

A few years after House ended, Robert Sean Leonard would go on to play a villain's role in the Blacklist, a crime drama procedural series on NBC. In a seemingly obvious nod to his role in House, he played a doctor. Frederick Barnes, as played by Robert, was an anti-villain who was experimenting on unwilling test subjects as a means of curing his son of a rare and inordinately fatal illness. In a very subtle, blink-and-you'll-miss-it nod to the series, the doctor on the kid's paperwork is a James Wilson, with a consulting doctor "G.H." wrote a prescription for hydrocodone at the bottom of the page.
Robert Sean Leonard does a wonderful job of portraying a desperate father doing anything to try and save his son, even if it means sacrificing his own life in the process. It's not a highly rated episode, but I feel the emotional side of the storytelling in it is tightly done and reflects on his nature as a very emotionally thoughtful and expressive actor.

But at the very end of this episode (last scene) when House is talking to the students and making sounds on his guitar, if you look closely you can actually see that the guitar is all taped up. Implying that Wilson did actually damage House's guitar.
