Masala pasta recipe | Indian style Pasta recipe | Spicy masala pasta | Spiral pasta

Ingredients-
Pasta (any variety)- 1.5 cup
sufficient water to boil
salt- 1 tsp (in water)
Oil- 1 tbsp
Butter-1 tbsp
Chopped Ginger - 1 tbsp
Chopped Garlic- 1 tbsp
Chopped Onions- 1/2 cup
Tomato Puree- 1 cup
Chopped Capsicum - 1/4 cup
Chopped Carrots- 1/4 cup
Chopped Green chillies - 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder- 1 tsp
Red chilli Powder- 1 tsp
Coriander powder- 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Mixed herbs & oregano (optional)
Music- / vexento

I think that it is mistake to add tumeric powder after all the ingredients the powder should be toasted before all the vegetable we're put
