- Hey, guys. I hope all is well. In today's video, we are doing a demo of the new 2019 brush set indexes for Artstudio Pro, iPad Pro, and Apple Pencil. This is a ground-up redesign of the brush set, built-in unison with the core of how we have designed the modern software and modern brush engine. In this video, we show the new Real Paint Index, Real Pencil Index, and Real Ink Index.
What makes this brush set package unique is it is designed by someone who also works on and makes the software. The new 2019 update houses my signature Varied Layered Dynamics bringing forth an analog mimic and natural illustrating experience.

I agree with everyone else, these are some of the very best brushes I have used. Cladio is not only one of my favorite creators/artists, he's also a very down to earth awesome person who goes out of his way to help the creative community. When I ran into an issue with installing them I was answered and helped instantly. You can feel his work in the software and it's very noticeable. I started using Artstudio way back in the day, and was super excited to see the pro version come, but it wasn't until 2.2 that I fully fell in love with the software. I can recommend this set package to both those getting started and those doing digital art for a long time. After now getting to use this update for a good a month I can positively say they are the best I've tried, and I feel like I fully got my moneys worth.

It is so cool that not only do I get to use brushes made by someone who helped make the software better than ever, but it's even more cool that I get to use the brushes of one of my favorite artists! These brushes are so AWESOME! They really changed my experience in the software. The speed, and the blending really is so fast. They blend so naturally and feel so good! I love every index especially the paint brushes and pencils. I'm not much of an inker but even those are some of the best I've ever tried. I've bought so many brush sets and paid very high prices, for what all that you get with these sets and just how good they are the package is a great bargain! I'd happily pay $35 for this set. I can highly recommend these brushes if you use Artstudio Pro.

Really great brushes. If you need a brushset for Artstudio Pro, look no further; even considering ABR/TPL brushes.
It have different kind of brushes for any workflow: flow, aux color, opacity, blending. Personally i prefer the blending ones when i paint, there's so many different blends and textures to choose. The Painting ones are not only intended for shape building, they can be used for painting with many different techniques and to obtain different results very fast: landscapes, photorrealism, smooth painting, rough painting, fine arts, texture, portraits, etc... even for things like clouds and hairs if you improvise. Of course you can obtain same results with any brush, but those brushes are so fast and feel so natural, you get great results with your strokes, and your mind is more focused on your painting.
The pencil ones are intended to be used with Paint brush, but you can also obtain great results for painting if you use them with Wet Paint brush.They are very useful for small details or adding some texture.
The 'bad' is that there's so many brushes to choose. In that case, when you are comfortable with any brush, just put it in your Favorite brushes. This way, it acts also as 'Photoshop TPL brush': when you choose a Favorite brush, you also swap to their associated tool (Paint, Wet Paint, Mixer, Eraser...).

Im curious if you will be doing an update on the real brush index for procreate 5? Im about to purchase the 3 set index for art studio and would like to do the same for procreate 5. Question: will the 4.2 procreate brush index work perfect with procreate 5 or should i wait for an update on the procreate brushes? Hope you can answer soon Claudio, as i am very interested in these brushes. Thanks in advance for response.
The brush indexes for Procreate are all good with 5- fully compatible they did not make any changes to the brush engine or system. So they work exactly as shown in the procreate demo video!

I am not getting tilt shading in all ur pencil index brushes.....some brushes have tilt shading some don’t. Are they like that only or I am facing any issue?
The ones that are named tilt have tilt, not all do. That is purposeful. In the Artstudio Pro preferences, go to interface and turn on Outline for the cursor mode so you can see the dynamics of the tilt pencils.

Hi, the pencils you have to make sure they are being used with the regular paint tool not the pencil tool icon. Should not be seeing any pixels.
So make sure you are using the pencils with the regular paint brush icon

Order number 10135. I noticed that my phone number has changed since that time. It would be great to get the updates. Hi Michael, they were sent out in bulk to all emails who purchased the set. If you didn't receive please email me with the email you used to get the set so I can match it and send it over to you. If you just recently purchased the sets were updated on the store a couple weeks ago. Just shoot me over an email.
