- If you're like me and your bedroom is also your work space, it's important to have a healthy balance of work and rest. Today I'm just sharing some ways I've minimized my room to the essentials and the benefits it's provided me.
If you enjoy this type of content, consider liking and subscribing. Here on my channel I'm all about minimalism, essentialism, and mental clarity.

Clear headed. Decluttered. Relaxed. Basic and ofc aesthetically pleasing.
I am turning my room this way only! Thanks!
I don't understand why folks have a TV in their sleeping room at all. There is a lot of research put there to show that falling asleep to the TV/ talking on You Tube gives folks a lower quality of sleep. Breath work on the other hand does help quality of sleep. I love your minimalist vibe and wish I had known about it at your age. I'm trying hard to get back to that much simplicity in my life! Looking forward to next video.
I agree! And thank you Lyn I'm glad to have you as a viewer
Finally!, someone else who likes their walls bare!!!
Seriously!!
Clean and simple. I can appreciate it. I have also opted to keep a tv out of my room but I love having a print or two in my space personally. As a designer by profession, I enjoy looking at a beautifully done illustration or well design print. I also love all the muted grays!
As a designer, your compliment means a lot. Thanks Jalen!
Like colour palate. I recommend going to the floor replacing a bed frame with bed length tatami mats. Also replacing the desk with a wooden desk riser and floor cushion or Japanese floor chair from Muji. You will get a lot more squats in your day without thinking about it. A nice clean look too.
I’m looking into some of that low furniture/Japanese style furniture. Problem is I don’t know what it’s called so I never know what to search 😅
@@NicholasGarofola Muji is my go to for Japanese homewares. I am lucky enough to have a store close by. Re. bed frames I also saw a minamalist with an Ikea Lonset slat base with no bed frame. Clever alternative to a tatami mat. The Thoughtworthy Co and heal your living channels are really into floor living. Also try Katie Bowmans home tours.
OOo, I'm going backwards in your videos and I like this faster montage aesthetic alot! Bring it back in the new videos!
I don't have a TV in my bedroom either, in my case I feel that watching TV depresses me, I don't know why. I used to have movie posters on the walls of my bedroom but I removed them because I felt that they saturated me, i like to see the walls plain white
Man, you’re my new favorite youtuber! Thanks for all these tips. 👌
I appreciate that Sean!
This is some high quality video! I hope your channel grow successfully.

Glad you like them! I really appreciate it mate
Your video aesthetic is crazy cool! Just subscribed
Thank you so much! I like your channel too, subbed!
I love minimalism i have urges to always stay orgainzed and declutter. I still want some decor but stuff that doesnt take up the space of my floors. I live bright colors and into bohemian decor
I love your minimalist life. I also want to try it☺️
Thanks so much. Hey try it out and see if it’s for you!
I also don't have TV and I am happy without it.
What wonderful content. I love your design aesthetic in keeping things in a cool grey tone! As an artist, I opted for bare walls except for two large singular (minimalistic) paintings that are ironically, grey and black, and I too, have the salt lamp as well (I licked it too...lol)
Not my proudest moment with the salt lamp!
Cool
I recently discovered your channel and really like it! What's the name of that lampstand at 1:40?
Great setup man looking clean and minimalistic!!!
Appreciate it!
I am an artist, I love art on walls but I do agree about minimalize the surroundings.
You did not just say a salt lamp cleanses the air. Cmon man
I am all for minimalism but a couple nice paintings are definitely just fine, if a painting can take your attention away from what you are doing that is not a minimalist issue..that just means you are super easily distracted
great video
merci from France

Full size

Can I ask a question why do you seem so depressed
Your videos are darkly shaded... you are instructive as a Minimalist but the videos can be brightened... your narration is a bit monotone... handsome though!
