Anthony, you know enough and are imaginative enough to write a historical fiction novel featuring ninja/s.

I would love to do it, it is a dream of mine and one day, maybe when i have more fans and can guarantee publication i will do it.

Antony Cummins You would be amazed at how much people learn just by listening to the story you just posted.

It's funny you mention the beard... I knew Special Forces guys when I was in Afghanistan that did the same thing. Oddly enough, for the same reason as well.

I feel like it would make more sense for a spy to travel along common access routes and blend in with the normal foot traffic and people in that area. Perhaps pretending to be a merchant or farmer or everyday samurai. Then once in the general area take on the ninja persona at night, or during the day if applicable. Sneaking long distance through terrain hoping to never be seen seems difficult.

I look forward to a part two of this video. I love the way you verbally paint the story.

Cool video as always! it's really fun and very interesting to hear you talk about Ninja and Samurai but I sense a disturbing enjoyment with slitting throats and cutting off heads :-D

    Hi Antony,
I'd like to ask, would the payment this Shinobi operative receives be enough for their families/extended families to live off? or are they also required to work as farmers or merchants or any other job?
are there instances where this Shinobi has a tradition in their families and they do train their children to be like them when they grow up?

Ninja were usually members of the samurai class, so they would usually already have enough money to live off of.

I just discovered your channel recently and looked into your books and plan on getting them. I also came across a lot of hate online from "ninja" toward you and I just don't get it. Things like you talk about in this video are way too interesting for them to be upset over throwing stars. Yeah I read a rant from a few years ago about your stance on them and why it pissed this "ninja" off.

You have come in towards the end of the hate. It was massive in 2010 now the research is getting into the ninja community.

The Metatron explains this really well.
Think of it like James Bond. His primary duties are spywork, sabotage, mcguffin retrieval etc.. but he still can and will kill people if need be or ordered to.

I think that the closest thing to a real ninja in modern times would be a combination of a green beret or navy seal and Viet Conf solider in the Vietnam war. Today's soldiers too much technology

right Mr Cummins shinobi no mono some time contracted by the lord they wait until called to do mission that also contracted by lord assassination the high rank samurai of the enemy only if lord wish it rest the time they train keep them self fit and if they family they act like nothing going on so with life as normal until war brake out or mission mush like to day but shinobi this time would will do like me train blend in to normal life go to store it way of life you have commented to be shinobi no mono but yet shinobi was samurai so his life was to serve as will to survived
