A question for your Anthony.. with shinobi infiltrating.. is it a shinobi technique what the police do when they go undercover. To infiltrate the information, i.e. undercover policeman will infiltrate the information get what they want to know. Then take it back to the police station and say these people are going to Rob this place at this certain time.. is this a shinobi technique
