In the States, a lot of us during the Holidays use Jiffy Corn muffin mix to make Cornbread Casserole. Recipe.
1/4 pound butter, melted
1 (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn
1 (15 ounce) can creamed corn
1 (8.5 ounce) package corn bread mix
12 ounce sour cream
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a mixing bowl, combine butter, whole corn, cream corn, corn muffin mix and sour cream. Fold all ingredients together, pour into 2 quart casserole dish. Bake for 1 hour.
Do make this on your Mexican chili day, you will love it!

Bummer the Sprecher Root Beer didn't survive the shipping. That's an amazing root beer made by Sprecher Brewing Company here in Wisconsin. You can also buy glasses of it on tap at better restaurants and pubs. They also make an amazing Creme Soda, Orange Cream Soda, and a grape soda called Grape Ape! Delish! Your second pronunciation of Beloit was correct.

You guys did terrific. I couldn't tell that you were nervous at all on TV. Such a shame that some things broke in that one package. It looked like it was going to have some fun stuff in it for you to try. Jiffy corn muffins are awesome. I'm not a fan of cornbread stuffing, but the muffins are great and cornbread is something that is served regularly in the South with BBQ - ribs, brisket, chicken, etc., anything that's smoky or spicy will be good to have the corn muffins with. Congrats to the newest TV stars!

As an Arizona tortillas never go in the microwave but after heating them up on a stove top you throw them inside of that with a cloth or some papwr towels to keep them warm.
