- Canadian Death Metal masters Gorguts playing in the Camden Underworld in London, August 13, 2012. One of the best metal shows I've ever seen in my life! Probably the best footage I filmed at this venue too...

Luc Lemay could write a song with nothing but tritones and make it catchy and interesting.

wow now this is metal the way it is supposed to be, it never gets boring and always keeps the tricks coming at you, that is why I love Gorguts they have real talent :)

it is amazing that luke and company provide this ..i have been waiting for shows in USA several times when they did NOT show up...I remain a fan..no hard feelings as who knows what happened.. METAL MOM may not be so forgiving..dont recall..but glad to hear this

Former drummer and guitarist of Gorguts respectively, both deceased. Steeve Hurdle played on Obscura, and Steve MacDonald played on FWTH.

Been my fav band since appearing on that Monsters Of Death compilation CD when it came out. The Erosion came out and it hasn't really been topped since. But then Colored Sands came out and it's another level of majesty and darkness.

It wasn't Longstreth, it was the drummer from Beneath the Massacre (and Cephalic Carnage at the moment too) behind the kit for the euro dates. Killer dude, and really nice to boot!

Luc didn't write all of the material himself. He said in an interview that him, steve hurdle, and steve cloutier pretty much wrote equal parts of music.
Patrice Hamelin from Martyr on drums. Perfect guy for that band.

Hm, maybe. Gorguts always sounded weird, but less atmospheric. I think Ulcerate definitely was influenced by Gorguts, but the song just kind of sounds like Ulcerate. I don't know if they listen or took influences from Ulcerate, but it just reminds me of their clean passages.
