I love this quick deadbug challenge as Rachel named it! I do it often and often modify to make it more challenging - use weights for all moves, straight legs all moves, diagonal overhead both arms as seen in another abs workout. Just a great 5 minute ab challenge!

Great ab workout. Can you more weighted ab workouts like these? I am 2 years postpartum . Have done DR exercises for the past two years and still have a flat spot on my belly 🙁

Love it but wished it was a little longer like you other 10 mins so you could include a few more variations like flies for anti rotation and to target rib boob . Overall loving your post partum series on UA-cam.
How long before I change the routine? Do you have another routine the next level up from this one? Do you have a plan that will target middle to the upper abs also? This is more for lower to middle abs correct?

Dumbbells make the movement harder so you can try it and back off if you're noticing any hard doming in the core!
