- Follow up with guppies that grew up now that they're four months old. I'm feeding, rearranging their grow out tubs, and selling some of them. This is my 121st guppy sale to a pet store.

I have so many guggies they are so beautiful 100 of them the baby fry I keep them separate by sizes so no one get ate fifty pregnant girls & 50 boys so many baby's many pretty ones very happy
+Zetta Takem Yes, can be interesting this way. It's just not repeatable.
Your setup is so simple but beautifully executed! Thinking about doing the same!
Thanks for feedback.
Beautiful!
:-)
KBY, thanks for the quick response. I did not realize guppies were in such demand, I will be checking your site often and hope to see a going to the pet shop video. I will check the stores out then. Mahalo!
Yes, I already thought that when I sell the F1 cross breeds from my latest videos, and the purebred Sunset Micariffs, both of which are 2-1/2 months old now, I'll be posting a video.
hell yeaa those are nice wow the reds and yellows are crazy i bet the pet shop loves when you bring your stock in
Rico Suave I appreciate your compliment! Lately, there's been some other local breeders in my vicinity that produce some spectacular guppies too-- blue deltas, Moscow blacks, red deltas. Luckily, we all breed different color strains.
hmm i love me some purple moscows
Wow they look amazing already!
+Fish4Ever Thanks. Guppies are short-lived fish. I try to sell them around 4 to 5 months old. This way, purchasers get to have them during their peak of development which is right around 6 months of age. After 6 months, although they'll still grow larger, they start to "drag", becoming more aged (thick-scaled, hunched over, etc.), until they die around 2 years of age.
+Kaimuki Backyard That's kind of depressing. Is there a way to determine the age of a male or female guppy? (excluding the obvious like fry)
+animestop95 It'll be a rough estimate, but you can look at the scales. Guppies older than 6 months don't look as smooth and sleek as younger fish, as their scales begin to look "heavy". Also, look at how they carry themselves-- older guppies become hunched or swim tail down, especially those delta tailed varieties with large tails. After females become huge, say body length of 2 inches, have given birth every month, they often will be hunched backed at around one year of age. Young fish like around 3 to 5 months old are the best to buy. Their tail should still be lengthening, as denoted by the ends of their tail being "thinner" looking and sometimes still clear, i.e. like the color didn't yet develop all the way to the edge of the tail. And they swim actively and effortlessly. Hope this helps.
Kaimuki Backyard It does help. I recently come across this beautiful pure pink male, and I really want to keep the color going. However, because I got him from a pet store with mixed males and females of different varieties, I have no idea which female is from the same breed if any. (My best guess had no color to it). Sadly, both of the females came pregnant and died after a month approaching the birth--I assume is bad genetics. (I can't prove this, but the male and the molly that has been there the longest are completely fine and it's been a month since then).
Anyway, since I can't keep the line going, I purchased 3 different and beautiful females (currently in quarantine). I don't know if they're pregnant, although likely despite looking so young, but I'd love to mix genetics to see what the result is.
+animestop95 Female guppies from dealer's tanks are almost always pregnant. And will be storing sperm packets from multiple males in that tank, so as to give birth approximately every 30 days for the next several months, even without the presence of males.
I had successfully breed so many guppies . lot of had vibrant colours and I also had a good amount of black and white mollies, swordtails, platy and they also bred so many fries
+Rithwik Sree It sounds like you're into the various livebearers. Those can be fun because there are lots of strains, and they're hardy. Best of luck!
thank you! nice video
+Luther Trigo Thanks for finding my channel and viewing!
Love in 2021.time travel😁
Lol
Nice
:-)
WELL DONE FOR YOUR BEAUTIFUL GUPPIES, YOU CAN'T USE FILTERS, HEATERS, OUTSIDE.
+jodie/luana D/C Thanks. Yes, the filters and heaters outside will be too much trouble for me.
Could you do a video talking about what kind of plants you use for your guppies
+Blazing Bettas With regard to the plants, the plants mentioned in this video is all I used (tropical water lilies, and water irises: ua-cam.com/video/dlJQ8Ral_I8/v-deo.html. And to simply things for myself, I stopped raising water irises, so now it's just the water lilies.
wow they are so beautifulllll i want them ;(
+User0104134245 Thanks!
Kaimuki Backyard if you put your temp a bit higher will it make the guppys be born faster????
Random account Random No (sorry for replying late) if the temp of the water is cold the fry will be male if it's warm they will be female
wow i’d love to live in hawaii
:-)
Love your vids!! I plan to breed some myself as a project with a pair of beautiful Sunburst platies, and 6 gups (2 males, 4 female). I had a couple questions regarding the strains in question that I currently have. Yes, they come from persmart and petco. The blue male is a Turquoise with a delta caudal and is with 2 gray females with some blue on their caudals (unsure what strain they are). I also have an unknown round tailed male that is a solid red-orange in color with two yellowish bodies females with orange on their tails. For now, I plan to breed "true" to color. Months later, I want to switch the males to have crossbred offspring and breed those together over many generations to come up with something unique. Is that possible?
Yes, but only with excruciating observation and management on your part. From what you are asking, I'm thinking some basic knowledge of the reproductive biology of guppies will help you. See my video entitled "Is My Female Guppy Pregnant?" at ua-cam.com/video/FhDpvy-nxSY/v-deo.html
Hi Kaimuki Backyard, thanks for the very educational videos. I raised all types of fish but never guppies. Looking at this site makes me want to raise this type of guppies. Since you live in Kaimuki I checked out the pet store in Hawaii Kai but they don't have them there. I saw one of your post that you didi not write the store name. I know all pet shops so if you cold say like the one on Nimitz behind Eagles cafe, or at the kapalama canal shopping center there i would know. Another interesting thin i noticed is that you are correct that only males are sold in most stores why? Thanks.
You're welcome. At the moment, none of the pet stores on Island are carrying my fish. And when they do, it's fleeting. The pet store in Kahala moves tanks of 50 to 70 guppies in a week. The pet store in Kailua can move them in two weeks. On imported guppies, store owners often order only males because they sell better. On locally bred fish, often, it's the breeders who opt to release only their males- making it hugely difficult to replicate their strain without the matching female.
About a month ago, I did see the same strain I raise (males and females) at the store near the stadium, they were younger, thus smaller, but healthy. And about the same time, I did see imported fish of the same strain as mine in the store in Kahala. Males and females were in separate display tanks.
👍
:-)
Okay I think during summer I put some hornworts and make a grow out tub
My 29 gallon doesn't make it stills rn I have 120 guppies in theory full size 5-6 months
ok, that's a lot of guppies
Kaimuki Backyard yup the first batch took longer but the female gave a lot then constantly started breeding
Lobe you😍🔥🌶️💣💣
:-)
Wao beautiful guppies .. sorry my friend where your store is located?
+joel alvarez The stores aren't mine. But they're in Hawaii.
It is good grow the fry in the same tube ? Or separately
Each brood in their own tub is best for fast growth. See one of the earliest videos on this channel. I've addressed your question directly some time ago.
I noticed you are not using water bubbler for their air, does the plants supply air for the fish?
+Sara Chen The algae provides oxygen, when the Sun is shining. The water lily probably does very little. The biggest contributor to O2 in the water is the large water surface that tubs have (as opposed to aquariums). But even this has it's limits, therefore I do not stock my tubs with many fish.
days
Please post new videos about your guppies
+ianmarkshadow My intention is to indeed post more videos. Sorry, I don't have a schedule, I do it when I come up with ideas, and when I have time. Free time to shoot and edit my postings, is my biggest limiting factor. Thanks for your viewership and understanding.
do you make water changes?? or do you put any chemicals in the water?
ua-cam.com/video/D-MwNzGMjU0/v-deo.html shows how I clean my tubs. I don't use chemicals, because my water supply is perfect for fish.
how often you feed your fry and adults?
you dont use brine shrimps?
how often you change your water? thank you keep it up
I feed twice a day. Sometimes, I get busy so just once per day. It would be better, but I simply cannot afford the time to do brine shrimp. I change water about once every week or two. Take care.
@@kaimukibackyard148 thank you idol god bless 👍🏻
seems like white paint in your tanks, what are they? have you some video showing the first feeding to babies?
Moisés Magalhães Correia The white stuff is mineral deposits where the water evaporation lines are. I don't have a video specific to the first feeding to fry (Thanks for idea). I feed them finely crushed flakes- reducing it to a powder. Thanks for viewing my video!
Kaimuki Backyard xD
I think a few of those males have some sort of illness. A few times in the video you can see one or two males clamping their fins for a few seconds. A lot of fish get this and they either get over it on their own or they die from it. I think it must be a virus or something because the symptoms are non-specific and general. Like I said, they either get over it on their own or they deteriorate (secondary infection?) and eventually die if you don't euthanize them. I've had some guppies come to me from the LFS with this mysterious illness and I've had a few of them actually recover on their own with no complications. Others though aren't so lucky.
As I previously said, I wouldn't know how to treat it as I have no idea what the pathogen is. It could possibly be in some cases a manifestation of Fish Tuberculosis and in other cases it's probably a non-specific virus or bacteria. I assume the fish has a higher chance of recovering on it's own if it's a non-specific virus or bacteria as Fish TB is fatal.
What caused your males to contract it I wouldn't know as your fish appear to be very healthy in every other video. You are literally one of the last people I would think would get any kind of disease. Perhaps since the fish are highly inbred these males ended up getting a severely lacking immune system that allowed the pathogen to attack the fish easily even when it is otherwise healthy and living in healthy water. I'm not an immunologist or a freshwater biologist though so I wouldn't be able to formulate a highly accurate and detailed hypothesis.
Have you ever experienced any other diseases with your fish?
Disease comes from other fish, that you might bring home from a pet store or others. At that point, when I posted this video, I haven't brought any new fish onto my property for literally many years. So I haven't had any diseases. Not sure what you are seeing in this video. It might be the adjustment that the fish need to go through because the video footage was literally seconds after being placed in the sales tank.
It could be that, but there was a couple of other points where a male clamped his fins. Perhaps it came via insect or via the food you were feeding them?
What are those things that u put your guppies in... The black tub..
The oval black ones are made by a brand called Tuff Stuff. The round black ones are cut from 55 gallon polyethylene drums.
what do little black dots on the fry tail mean
It's probably the pigments. Many strains have spots or markings.
It's me again! I'm successfully breeding guppies now due to your videos! I'm a little on edge because I'm breeding too much guppies at a time. I'm wondering, how much are you selling your guppies to the pet shops? I'm planning to sell mine so I just need a little more information and a good advise from someone who is successful, hopefully I'll learn from it and be successful too!
alex chuck I agree- if you produce too many fry, it becomes unmanageable fast. Please read the comments and replies with heatherwandere777, also under this video. When selling to pet shops, I recommend calling first, and bringing in a good lot size, say 30 to 60 fish, that are all the same age, and size, for consistency. In the past, I've asked the pet store owners what the price should be, and have long settled on a $1 per fish as a fair price.
+Kaimuki Backyard thanks for the advice! I'm going to sell like almost all of my guppies soon!
where do u sell your guppies and also ship in the USA also
to a local pet store in my are. I do not ship.
Hello, we live in Waikiki and are wondering if we can come to your place to buy some of your female and male guppies and lily pads. Please let me know. Thank you.
+Keiko Allure At the moment, my inventory is ultra low. All I have is fry that I need to keep (a video on these is due out soon), in order to have a full batch to sell to the pet store later, and two water lilies- both of which I'm keeping. I have no extras to sell. After these fry were born, I got rid of all adults except for one pair.
its ok
Did you ever thought about breeding discus? Maybe that's a new challenge!!
I've admired discuss, but never wanted to raise them. They need live foods, and too large tanks. Way too involved for me.
haha okay!
Can they be left outside in the tubs during harsh winter???
Guppies are actually pretty tough fish that can handle most weather conditions
+Imagine kc Since you mention that you have apple trees in your other posting, I'm guessing you live in a temperate climate. Your guppies should be wintered indoors. If the tubs are at least 25 to 30 gallons large (and better if bigger), then the guppies can handle up to say a week of temperatures in the mid to high 60's °F. But it isn't ideal. Any colder, or any longer, and your guppies will surely not survive. Hope this helps.
can we put different aged fries in the same tank
I wouldn't because the younger/smaller ones won't grow. I know, it's hard to believe, so most people actually have to attempt this for themselves, in order to realize that it's true.
Hi. is it ok after giving birth I put the female back to the breeding tank? What is the best way? TQVM
Yes, it's okay. That's what I've done.
Kaimuki Backyard tqvm. I followed your instruction and now i got a few guppy fry and pregnant guppies. Thanks a lot
what are those black tubs called where can we buy them plz tell where can we get the wobbly tubs as well plz
I have purchased tubs, 50 gallon oval tubs, made by Tuff Stuff. I bought mine locally, but I've seen them online. The wobbly tubs are cut from 55 gallon polyethylene drums. I got mine from a recycling yard.
thnx man..for sharing
Do you make much selling them or is it mostly for fun?
+UKBB It's $1 per fish. I sell both males and females. It's for fun. But pet stores will purchase any amount I can produce. The limiting factor is my time.
I have fry but they take so long to grow
Okay, noted.
Sir why u r using wooden frames at fish tub top any reason behind it.
For shade. I provide more of an explanation in the first of two outdoor "fishroom" videos.
How much food do you feed your guppy fry?
As much as they can consume in a couple minutes. Some other hints about how to feed guppies are here: ua-cam.com/video/bi_U_y7PyZE/v-deo.html
Thanks.
Where is the air pump?
+james altor The oxygen is provided by absorption through the water surface. I keep only as much fish in the tub that natural gas exchange can support.
Yo my guppie has been pregnant with fry for like 5 and a half months is that normal
Not normal. If you have male guppies in the tank, either the female is sterile, and that would be very rare. Or there are fry being born, but they get eaten before you can find them.
what do you feed your guppies
TetraMin regular flakes
Kaimuki Backyard thank you
Kaimuki this is Jaiden my pregnant guppy I got from the pet store gave birth the next day next day she died of a stuck baby and the baby's are one month old today
+Jaiden bryant Too bad for the mother guppy. But at least you recovered some of her fry! Best of luck with those.
kaimuki does the water need to be the right tempature
yes, mid 70's to low 80's °F.
When You Sell Fish To The Petstore do you get paid and do other petstores let you sell to them?
Yes to both questions.
+Kaimuki Backyard what are the requirements to selling fish to pet stores?
I don't know because I haven't come across any obstacles.
is a heater not needed for outdoor guppys?
Where I live, I don't need a heater. ua-cam.com/video/rcBQkCVUTwM/v-deo.html shares what books recommend for temperature.
where do you get your buckets?
from a local agricultural/animal feed store. they sell online as well. brand is called: TuffStuff. they come in all different sizes and shapes.
How much should you feed 1 month and 3 week old guppies? I feed my little one 3-5 times a day depending how busy my day is. I'm planning on rehoming 2 males and 3 female at this age and I need to know what to tell the people who take them.
+Phantom Slayer For about 50 babies at that age, probably two small pinches (of flake food), crushed fine. It's really hard to describe these kind of relative terms in words alone. I hope this helps.
+Phantom Slayer Whoops! I realize that I didn't quite answer all of your questions. In addition to quantity per feeding (my last reply), I do this twice a day (morning and late afternoon). But like you, sometimes a feeding is missed-- it largely depends on how busy my day is too. Your feeding schedule (3 - 5 times a day, therefore lighter and more frequent) is better than mine. My saving grace, is that my guppies are in outdoor tubs with algae, microorganisms, so they are feeding on "stuff" between my feedings of flakes.
can i breed high quality guppies with just a pair of guppies from a good breeder?
sure
If you're new your best bet is to just get 6 or more mixed sex and let them do their thing. Make sure you have plants in there that the babies can hide in or else the adults will eat them all
How do I sell fish to the Oahu pet store's?
There's no set rules. You start by calling them, explain what you have to offer, and take it from there.
Did you ever had a thing like mutations (incest?) and how do you avoid incest??
I haven't had any mutations. I deliberately inbreed my guppy population, using same techniques that breeders of other animals and plants use (for ornamental, pets, working animals, sporting animals, livestock, ornamental or agricultural crops) in order to perpetuate desired traits.
okay! thank you
:)
can u tell me in how many days will my guppy give birth
Approximately 30 days after mating. But, guppy reproductive biology is so different from humans', that my answer is only part of the answer I think you seek. Best you watch my video entitled: "Is My Female Guppy Pregnant?" and ask me questions under that video if you still have any.
how do u get alot of guppies
Sorry, I can't answer this. This question is too general.
I have 3 female guppies that look pregnant can u tell me if they are and are ready to have fry
They're pregnant, see my video "Is My Female Guppy Pregnant?" for a full explanation. I can't tell you exactly when they are due, but I have more information on this in earlier videos on this channel.
pls take a video about tiger guppyes
Sorry, I don't have tiger guppies
sir, what food do you feed them?
+Joseph Acosta TetraMin flakes
Kaimuki Backyard thank you sir. I appreciate your response. your VLog is very informative
do guppies need oxygen pump?
It depends on how many fish you have in your tank and how large your tank is. Most people put way too many fish in their tank, so yes a pump is needed.
You mentioned you are only keeping one breeding pair, how do you prevent inbreeding? Are you going to sell all your females/males except the one breeding pair?
heatherwanderer777 Marina Parks Once the breeding female gives birth, I am going to add the breeders to the rest of the females and males to be sold. This way, I can concentrate on raising just that one brood. And raise them to adulthood using just the two 50-gallon tubs (the ones with the water lilies). I don't worry about inbreeding, because my line of Sunset Micariffs are already very inbred- but in a good way. I've been working with this bloodline since 2009, selecting breeders for every generation. This line is free of deformity, and has very little variability among individuals in terms of color, finnage, or growth rates. I believe that if I were to bring in new fish just to make an outcross, would probably introduce some disease into my line. Let me know if this clarifies or not.
+Kaimuki Backyard It does clarify, but still wonder. When you do breeding and then selling, do you sell all of your adult stock and only keep the one breeding female and her brood or do you keep other adults to fall back on should something happen to her? It sounds like you narrow down a brood of say 50, to one great female and one great male (or two) and that's who you breed... and then you chose from those brothers and sisters for the best from them and breed that next generation?
I agree, bringing in new fish for outcross can have issues. I keep mine quarantine for just that reason prior to an introduction and mostly I do at least one generation of just the new ones before I breed them to my existing stock.
Of course, I'm still building my strain and don't have a set parameter as of yet...doing a supercross, hb pastel, snakeskin...with the goal of big beautiful tails, healthy big bodies, and beautiful colors and ss pattern....once I get my goal achieved and begin strain breeding I do worry about inbreeding and running into the same issue I had with the original stock I bought, small size, high death of fry, and small/medium tails. The ss pattern was amazing on the originals, but size was an issue...very petite guppies and high mortality I believe from extensive inbreeding.
+Kaimuki Backyard ps. your guppies are beautiful just curious how you keep the line going and healthy :)
heatherwanderer777 Great dialog! Upon my next sale, I will be selling all adults that I own (non-breeding adults plus the single pair I'm currently breeding). The count will be 25 females and 30 males and that's a nice lot size to fill up the store's sales tank. But I won't sell the adults until I have a batch of fry from the breeding female-- therefore, until I get that batch of fry, the non-breeding adults serve as my backup. Once I get the fry, I don't need adult backups because I'm expecting the brood size to be between 30 - 40 fry, based on the size of the female. And I'll have a lot of fish to choose breeders from, albeit, that phase is 3 months away. Once I get fry, I value the fry more than the adults, and my focus shifts to the fry. I do not mind releasing the adults, so that patrons of the stores can purchase and enjoy them. Also, by keeping only the fry, for a few months at least, I'll reduce my workload to having to maintain just two tubs. Essentially, I'll have come full circle to the process explained in this video: ua-cam.com/video/vHr3tDVOg7II/v-deo.html recent past, I've had as many as 30 (+/-) tubs at any given time. There used to be store in my vicinity, that I was dropping off a batch of 40 adults just about every 2 weeks. I wasn't making guppy videos back then. During this time, I raised many generations simultaneously, some from sibling pairings, and others from breeding outstanding males to daughter, then half-granddaughter, (backcrosses) as long as those males were still alive. Plus, I started this whole Micariff population with just a single female anyway. So my fish are very inbred- but very selectively inbred in a good way. One of the traits I am very partial to is having large-bodied males with wide peduncles. I value this trait above all else, and all the store owners that I have sold to have commented positively about this. That's the reason I sex the fry at one month old. And my first screening for breeder males is body size. However, after 6 years, with approximately 3 to 4 generations per year, it's been a long while since I've gotten any petite, or small-bodied males.
heatherwanderer777 Thanks for compliment! I think I answered this question with my reply to your other question.
there I made a video of both the guppies tell me if they are both female or malr
I watched both your videos- the blue one is a female. I couldn't tell with the red one. Your video was too shaky and the fish was too far away.
sorry I can't find a store to sell my guppy
okay
where do you sell too? what store I live on oahu
Enchanted Lake Pet Center in Kailua
you can email my friend who sells guppies at pixie@hawaii.rr.com
hey, I can't find a store my guppies and I have a lot of guppy how can I sell it
Sorry to hear that, but your question is too genera for me to answer.
namaste, this video was amzing .can i make my own guppy strain
+Rithwik Sree Thank you. A lot of people have told me that one of their goals is to create their own guppy strain. It sounds like a worthwhile goal. I have not made my own strain. I just breed already created strains.
+Kaimuki Backyard thanks for your reply . All the videos of you are very amazing and informational
Just wondering... how much you sell this guppies?
+Reinhard Rockwell It's been $1 per fish, males and females same. I let the pet stores set the price.
Very nice! Oh ya, i saw your video when your bucket full of guppies are get fill up with rain water.... are the guppies strong enough to handle the rain water? And did you do a water change eventualy? Thanks
+Reinhard Rockwell I do partial water changes, therefore tubs will have only a portion of rain water. There is a lot of other things in the tubs' water that normalizes, and neutralizes rain water's acidity-- pots of soil in which water lilies are planted, roofing gravel debris, and falling leaves from trees.
Oh i see, so the plant and soil will help them, thanks a lot kai!
how long does it take for female guppie to give birth
Anywhere from 21 to 35 days after mating, temperature dependent. More information is here: ua-cam.com/video/FhDpvy-nxSY/v-deo.html
you send your familia fish to México
I'm sorry, but I don't ship fish...
Bro what kind of tub isa thatt?
They're cut from 55 gallon polyethylene drums.
Kaimuki Backyard thank you bro.
Kaimuki Backyard The large Tub wat kind of tub is that i want one 😂
Brand is TuffStuff. 50 gallons. You can find it online and in Hardware stores.
Which is the food? ?
TetraMin flakes
Price??
check Amazon
can i know the name of that store????
For this sale, this was to Enchanted Lake Pet Center in Kailua, Island of Oahu, Hawaii. This is a years old video, these fish are not there any longer. I still bring fish to this store, but only about three times a year. They have quite a selection of other guppies though. Many of them bred and raised by local hobbyist.
(you asked me a similar question to another video, that one was to Petland Kahala, Island of Oahu, Hawaii. I haven't brought fish to this store in years)
@@kaimukibackyard148 thank you sir, i like your fish and your video, very good keep up
Do you still sell?
Yes, every few months, still to pet store only.
how to know what guppy is male or female ..
+Toledo S There are many websites and good videos geared to beginners, that explain how to tell male and female guppies apart (not mine). Therefore, I did make such a video.
Where do you sell?
+Tech Tsunami To a couple of local pet stores in Honolulu.
+Kaimuki Backyard thx
will my fish eat my guppies fry
Yes.

+king Reyes Great. Same with me growing up. I raised and use to sell to the pet stores rabbits, parakeets, fish of all kinds. Nowadays, it's just Sunset Micariff guppies for me. And the fruit trees on my channel, but the fruits are just for personal consumption, not selling.
+Kaimuki Backyard Good job👍 make me happy to hear that 🌞👌 I'm wish you good luck, balance, light and Blessings on your journey. 🌞👌
I have a guppy but I can't tell if he is a he or a she
You'll need to post a video, if you want me to take a look at it.
should I feed the females more because they're pregnant
+Collin Klinget I guess a little more. To be honest, your question is a good one, but one that I've never thought about.
+Kaimuki Backyard thanks
Those actually look like my one female Zora. She seems less bright though.
All my fish prntscr.com/8ye6oy
+Phantom Slayer I agree. Thanks for sharing.
How do I know if a female guppy is virgin?
+Chester Penarubia you'll have to sex fry at one month old and raise females apart from males. Please see another video I've posted on this very subject. That's the only way to obtain virgin females. If you bought the female from a pet store, and it came from a tank of adult females and males-- she's not virgin.
Thanks!
Matta
did u see if it was male
I already responded to you. Here's it is again: I watched both your videos- the blue one is a female. I couldn't tell with the red one. Your video was too shaky and the fish was too far away.
i want to buying ur fish
Thanks for compliment. I only sell to local pet stores. I don't ship.
today my birthday
TmarTn2 Happy Birthday!

Why do puffy white stuff come out of fry
Angel Olvera I'm not sure what you are referring to. Sorry.
would u sell me some guppies
Sorry, I sell to local pet stores only. Shipping fish is too involved.
Nice guppies!!! I've just put a video on UA-cam of my guppies if anyone would like to check it out!!! ("Beautiful Guppies")
+Abigail Lapworth Hi, I checked it out. Nice visuals. I think if you added your narration on top of the visuals, you could really elevate this video. i.e. talk about your guppies, what strains they are, when you got them, whether the some are store bought, or self-bred, given to you by a friend, which ones gave birth, how old certain ones are, etc. Anyway, just my two cents... Thanks for telling me about your video.
Kaimuki Backyard Thank you for watching!!! Really appreciated! Thanks also for your advice, I am planning of somewhen making a video about my guppies (narration on top of visuals)!!!
very small Guppies.Give them good food cheap guy.
I'm not sure how you figure my guppies are "small". But that's fine.
u just sell your fish to pet stores
Yes, only pet stores.
I enjoy these videos, but...how are they supposed to help us raise our guppies? You don't actually give tips on HOW to do it, you just explain what we're already seeing you do.
Huh? Do you mean that even video such as these: ua-cam.com/video/xcvjgARHdiw/v-deo.html & ua-cam.com/video/xG886Cp9KCs/v-deo.html are not explanatory enough? Some videos such as these are meant to be step-by-step. Other videos, in the interest of brevity, are meant to provide the "what" or ideas to try. If this doesn't work, viewers ask questions, and I believe I've answered most of the viewers questions on this channel. I spend as much time answering questions as I do compiling videos. If you have a specific question, please ask it, and I'll try to answer it, or tell you straight up, that I don't know the answer.
Kaimuki Backyard Yeah, these are great. :)
do guppies need oxygen pump?
It depends on how many fish you have in your tank and how large your tank is. Most people put way too many fish in their tank, so yes a pump is needed.
well i had a fry from molly 5-4 months ago .....so is there any chance that fry could give babies now cz one of female mollly is having a big tummy this days and as i have 15 gallon tank ....n she so small maybe 1.6 or 2 inches ...plz suggest something i dont want that other fishes eat the fry if incase she is pregnant
+Kaimuki Backyard sorry its 5 gallon
Maaz Pathan A 5 gallon tank is quite small to be breeding fish, and trying to raise fry to adulthood. You can use anything non toxic to create hiding places for the fry. Some people make yarn mops, others use aquatic plants.
