Biggest takeaway was allowing the prospect to say no to take away the sales tension while also allowing you to be upfront and honest about your intentions for the appointment and what will happen on it. I'm going on my 3rd yr in the business (got licensed June of 2022) and on track for 170k GCI for this year... Expireds have been, and continue to be my highest producing lead source... and I credit Brandon's scripts, videos, and blueprint/playbook knowledge to help me get there. There's a delay when switching between calls. Some people may recognize that lag and hang up. I do personally when I get a call from an unknown number and hear it but doubt that's general public knowledge
@@ChristopherAguasanta If you're on a dialer like mojo or vulcan7 there should be an option to whitelist it in the phone settings of your account. Simple steps, and usually takes 4-7 days to be verified.
Mojo, scrubs it's data with Landvoice and other providers. From my experience they have the best data for calls and reasonable prices for each lead source.
