In case of this video it is not necessary, but I would really try to work on this! Do not take this personal, the video itself is explaining exactly what I need to solve this exact problem with a customers AIO pc by ACER. 🙂

INSTRUCTIONS:
Step 1: When the EFI Shell appear, at the bottom part type "help" right next to "Shell_". It should look like this: Shell_help. After this, click enter.
Step 2: Wait for the system to finish the help section. After this, you will see 'Shell_ ' again. At this moment, type "exit" right next to Shell_. It should look like this: Shell_exit. Then type enter. You will be redirected again to EFI Shell.
Step 3: Type exit at the bottom part. It should look like this: Shell_exit
Then click enter.
Step 4: You will be directed to your desktop's home. Hold Shift while clicking Restart. You will be redirected to other options.
Step 5: Select 'Troubleshoot'. Then 'Advanced Options'. Then 'UEFI Firmware Settings'. After this, click 'RESTART'.
Step 6. Select 'BOOT'. Below it, click 'BOOT OPTION #1'
Then change it to Windows Boot Manager.
Step 7. Go to Save and Exit, and click "Save Changes and Exit". Select 'Yes'.
