I get it. I have been pretty stuck lately once I got below 200 I have slowed down on weightloss, need to get back on track. Kids are home for the summer, and I have been working and have been unable to go to the gym for the last two weeks. I really want to get back in the groove.
I love intermittent fasting! I never have to track my calories and I’ve been able to maintain my weight for years. You’ll love it!! ❤
I really do love it! I've gotten off track with the trip and then being sick and now I keep thinking that I'm going on vacation again next week so it's hard to pick it up again this week 😅
You're doing great Becky! I hope the fasting helps you along and you don't get hangry (like I did when I tried it).

Just a thought, under eating can work against weight loss, talk with dietitian/doctor they can advise you further. Less is not always better....perhaps something to consider.
Thank you! I try to keep this in mind but it's hard to eat more than I do, I'm full, like full full to the point that when I tried to hit my full calorie count for the day a couple of times, I felt sick. I'm not sure how to work around this.

Welcome back! Lol, I'm out of everything too! I need to get back to fasting now that I'm finally getting over being sick. I hope the fasting is working for you!
I have been doing intermittent fasting during the week - 16 hours fast - for about 3 years, and lost about 15 pounds fairly quickly then have plateaued since, mostly because of other factors. I'm okay with my current weight, a little more wouldn't hurt, but if my body is good with it, I'm good with it. I don't fast during the weekends, which I think keeps my body guessing a bit. Makes Mondays a little more difficult but not overly so.
I love this compromise! I can see how it would be harder to get back to it on a Monday morning but it sounds like a nice way to give yourself a break and some freedom, love it!!

Need to eat all your allowed calories for the day. Otherwise the body goes into too much of a caloric deficit that it thinks it is starving and your metabolism will slow down in order to protect you.
I think it may be the meds reducing the hunger but, honestly, if I try to reach the full goal for the day I am literally sick. It's definitely something I need to talk to my doctor about!
